Carroll was one of the more reasonable bids, but, more importantly, we thought Chris' team would be the most meticulous and responsive. They just finished the work this past weekend (a few days earlier than estimated) and it could not have gone any better. The house looks amazing (better than it did when the builder painted it originally), the team was experienced and careful. They responded well to any questions and requests. They cleaned up well every night and at the end. This was a big job, picking this painter turned out to be a great decision. We would use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I'd had good luck finding other quality professionals via Yelp, but this was my first time working…read morewith a contractor, and I'm so glad I chose A1 Eagle Eye! Even though they only had a couple of reviews, I liked what I read from the other folks and what I saw in the photo gallery of their work. Bottom line, A1 Eagle Eye Pro Contractor is fantastic to work with, and I've already got another job lined up for them, and will be having them do several other things next year. I definitely recommend them if you want high-quality results! I was beyond impressed with every aspect of a large job that entailed the following: - Removing the old (thin) wood siding panels and trim over three large areas on two sides of the house. - Removing the old worn and warped wood chimney surround and dormers. - Replacing/rebuilding all of the above with Hardie Board cement siding and trim. - Exterior painting. Communications with Bob were always timely and professional with the estimate and invoices for each payment provided via email. The estimate in particular was great: each aspect of the work was detailed in a section of its own, priced separately, so it was obvious what you were being charged for. And the guys who do the work are top notch. They showed up on time every single scheduled day, worked hard for the entire day (weather permitting), and took such care and pride in their work with obvious attention to detail that this nearly thirty-year-old house now looks better than it did when it was new! You know how little touches make a big difference, even if they require a bit of extra effort? Well, Bob and his crew understand this completely. Just one example: the original dormer shutters they took down turned out to be just too tired-looking, old and brittle to be put back up on the beautifully rebuilt dormers (though I don't doubt another company might have done so, since the estimate stated they would be reused), but Bob ordered new ones to replace them, and chose a style with just a bit of decorative detail. Compared with the plain originals, this little extra something makes a huge difference. If you want better-than-imagined results, you want A1 Eagle Eye to do your next project!

The quality of their work is exceptional, they are meticulous and never cut corners. You can really see the care they put into every detail. I live in a 100-year-old home, and the windows had been neglected for many, many years. Estrada and Son restored nearly 30 of them (both interior and exterior), and they look absolutely amazing now! On top of that, their entire crew is consistently on time, polite, respectful, and easy to have around, which made the whole process so much smoother. I originally discovered them when they were working on my neighbor's home. He spoke very highly of them and mentioned that it was the second time he had worked with Estrada and Son. I can see why, my experience has been just as outstanding. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

We used Optimized Painting (Farmers Branch) to paint the brick and siding and to redo some of our…read morewood work (update to a more appealing cedar wood). They were a recommendation we found on Yelp/Next Door. The team (Salvador and Michael) led by Dennis pressure washed the home, trim and siding. They repaired cracks in our brick and pulled out old wiring, replaced rotted wood that needed it, scraped areas where the previous owner had grown vines on the home, removed some support beams from in the patio to open it up, wrapped our columns in cedar in front and back and painted or stained everything! The two guys Michael and Salvador were awesome and did an incredible job with the prep work and with cleanup each day. I also really valued their ability to continuously give us a status update on where they were in the project, what they had left, and what time they'd be arriving/finishing the next day. Constant communication is a huge deal to me and the owner (Cameron) definitely met my standards and was great at communicating our needs to the team to ensure our needs were met. My advice to anyone wanting to take on a project this big is:1. Already have picked out your colors beforehand. They can give you a little guidance but going to Sherwin Williams and getting a pint of the different colors you're considering is worth it. Paint it on your house and see how it looks. 2. Make sure they place a layer of primer. There are new paint products that "contain a primer" which work fine. There are some paints made exclusively for brick. Make sure they're using the right one. 3. Be sure to continue giving your free guidance on what needs to be done and try to take photos or keep a list of the little things that still need paint, etc. 4. Find a company that won't charge you extra for the paint and wood repairs (including wood stain), make sure it's all inclusive. This was a huge plus for us! 5. Ours came with a 2 year warranty (let's hope we don't have to use it!) which is one of the reasons I picked the company.6. You can find very cheap labor out there but make sure they're good quality and ALWAYS ask for photos of their work. If they don't have a Facebook, Instagram, or Yelp page, etc I would steer away from them. Overall, I would give this company 5 stars! As a team, they deserve it!
