Premier Painters did a nice job. I had them work on two homes I own. Drywall and paint on the first home which was a smaller job. I can't tell it was fixed after it looks great. The larger job was exterior paint and almost full interor paint on a 1700 sq. ft. home. Nice job on both. Took a little longer than anticipated but the weather (rain) was a factor in paint drying time. They were very accomidating and fixed mistakes quickly when noted. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest but did good work and did what I asked. read more

I have been meaning to write JC a review for the longest! We have been using him for painting our homes since about 2015. This is our third move (we finally settled into our beautiful home so no more moves at least for a while). The homeowners before us left us with horrendous scratches and dings... We definitely needs to call JC! I think he knows us by name because we always request "Dover White" color (I think by SW) and he and his crew always deliver! I want to try something different this time so I will definitely heed his advice and hopefully my husband agrees with something other than Dover white!! I want a little splash of neutral color contrast throughout the home. lol! Also, JC is very reasonably priced, punctual with his time, and respectful. =) read more

They were very professional, clean, worked fast but incredibly thorough & attentive to every tiny detail. Did extra special little things like repair some drywall scrapes from our kids & helped me get some pen off an existing wall. Had them come out to paint the kitchen & stairway - loved their work so much we hired them for 2 more outside jobs! They even painted the staircase knobs (I didn't like dark anymore) when they came back for the exterior work. Highly recommend!! read more

I had 2 painters before I called J C at Premier Painters. Over a year ago, I had the interior painted. I have a 4/2 house. The previous 2 painters were awful. I found Premier Painters and gave him a call. J C came out promptly and gave me an estimate. Premier Painters is very affordable. They got the job done in a timely manner. Just to add, I had 3 paint colors in each room. The lines were done nicely (where the different colors meet). They aim to please. If you see something, just mention it and they'll fix it, no problem. Good communication. So, I called J C a few months ago because I wanted the exterior painted. He came out, gave me an estimate and they started the job a few weeks later. It seems Premier Painters are better at painting the interior of the home than the exterior. Their work ethic had gone downhill since they painted the interior. Coverage not complete, holes not filled and cracks not caulked. These things were in the contract. If you choose Premier Painters, be ready to micro manage. read more

Very happy with the results. Definitely would use Premier Painters again and have no reservations recommending them. Had JC and his crew paint the exterior of my 3100 SF house. Used redbeacon (Home Depot's referral service) and yelp to get a list of painting contractors and the highest rated yelp painters were ridiculously high priced. The painters from redbeacon were close to each other but much lower in cost than the yelp painters. I can't imagine that another contractor would have done a better job. The 3 man crew was meticulous in preparing the house. Power-wash, caulking, patching, covering plants with tarp, pulling mulch/rocks away so the bottom of the house gets painted (even though it would be covered by mulch/rocks again). Masked windows/doors/patio concrete/etc.. I work from home so I was able to observe them throughout each day and the 3 man crew kept busy. They answered questions, were friendly and always ready to show me how they were doing or going to do a high quality job. When I would walk around the house to check their work at the end of each day, I would note something and think I need to mention that to them tomorrow. They always addressed whatever I saw before I mentioned it to them. It was always a minor thing I saw but it shows that the crew performed their own quality checks. JC visited the job daily and checked in with me along with his crew. On the final walk-around at the end of the job, we found a couple of tiny imperfections that needed to be addressed and the crew took care of it immediately. JC stated that it may take a couple of weeks for me to find something that I think needs attention and to call and they will address it. Given how well his crew worked and how JC and the crew emphasized quality results, I have no doubt that they would address anything I might find. The crew also installed and painted a plastic vent cover I purchased to replace one that UV had destroyed (I had left it unpainted). One thing I also liked about Premier Painters is that they aren't locked into 1 paint supplier. The painters I got quotes from via yelp ratings all were locked into 1 supplier and they would only use that supplier (Sherwin-Williams/Dunn Edwards/etc.). JC will use whatever supplier you want as long as it's a quality product. I specified Behr premium plus ultra. BTW, upgrading the quality of paint is a very small portion of the cost of having your house painted so don't go for the lowest cost/quality paint. For example, it only added 4% to the total job cost to upgrade from Behr Premium plus to Premium plus ultra (lifetime guarantee) for about 55 gallons of paint. Ask what paint the contractor is basing their quote on then call the paint supplier to ask about the relative quality ranking of that paint within their line. One low priced contractor was quoting based on the bottom quality paint from that supplier (the supplier recommended going up 2 grades in their line). 3 to 5 year color retention for low quality versus 12 to 15 years for the better quality paint. read more
