Before meeting with Amy, I was really disappointed with the path my life was heading down. I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and had struggled to lose weight for over four years. I am a single mom of two tween, and also juggling a full time job as a national marketing/project manager for a large corporation. In addition to my busy life, I also had to undergo major surgeries including a hysterectomy, and the list seems to just go on and on. Every month I would feel like my weight just kept creeping up. With all of these stresses in my life, I needed a change, and that is how I found Amy at Living Well, LLC. Amy taught me how to get control of my life by setting up a schedule and taking care of myself. She put me on an eating plan, in addition to an exercise schedule, and has taught me what to eat and avoid for those who have thyroid issues. Today, I can say that I have lost about 25 pounds, after only being on the program for five months! I highly recommend her!

Before this treatment, I never needed to fill in my eyebrows, but now I have to use an eyebrow pencil every day to cover the sparse spots.
