I am an individual with the arc of macomb and they did not have a cook, however I believe her name Chrissy did an excellent job and cooked the food so the group of individuals with disabilities got there food she is an awesome waitress and deserves a raise as she has been pleasant especially for the times I have been there she is awesome!! read more

This place really needs to fire the blonde bartender who works the bar for the bowling alley. Not a great look when her eyes are rolling into the back of her head and she's nodding in and out while trying to make drinks. Bowling there is alright, like most bowling alleys there are ups and downs, but the lanes are a bit dry there. The food is good though and the prices aren't bad. There is also a clean bathroom and an arcade with pinball machines, retro arcade machines, and billiards tables. read more

The bowling and the billiards is great! Highly recommend the place and the staff to anyone who wants to have a great night out whether with kids or without. Been a while since we visited premier lanes. 2 adults, 3 kids, 4 pairs of shoes and 2 games on a Sunday was just over $50 which seems a bit expensive but it's been a while so maybe that's the new going rate. Kitchen wasn't open but the bar was. Kids had drinks the adults had a beer. The lane equipment seemed to be updated which was nice. Overall this is an OK bowling alley read more

We went there Wednesday for open bowling. We had a groupon for 2 pizzas, 4 pitchers of soda, bowling, etc. We called in advance to make sure they had open bowling. Two out of the 6 of us called to make sure because it was a 45 minute drive for all of us. We get there Wednesday, and they told us they don't have open bowling. Manager Scott was being nice at first but when we said that his employees told us different times, he got sassy and told us that he wouldn't let us in with our Groupon EVER. Upping a star despite the fact that the more times I've been here, the more things I've noticed that have grossed me out ... except the bathrooms, the bathrooms are surprisingly clean, thankfully. First, as I said before, the pinball machines are mostly in excellent condition. A few are rough/not worth putting your money into, but most are. Second, the pizza here is surprisingly decent. Ten bucks gets you a pizza and a pitcher, by the way. The pitchers are on the small side, but regardless, it's a really good deal. This brings me to the thing that really grosses me out here the most... the glasses. They always seem a bit dirty, but the last time I had one, it had a giant crack down the side (that I didn't even notice until my beer was leaking), and a lump of mold and dust on part of the rim. Needless to say I won't be getting anything from the tap here anymore... I'll be asking for bottles, even if it costs me more. The clientele at Premier Lanes is... let's say, eclectic. From the trailer park Hispanic kids placing "the 'N' word" in every sentence, to the belly-ringed, heavily cleaved crack adoring women looking for "a real man", to middle schoolers who are as mature as ever being in public without their parents. If it weren't for the pinball, I'd never come to Premier Lanes. Lucky for me though, they have plenty of machines that I'm more than happy to put many, many dollars into -- much to the trashy womens' dismay. read more

This place is utterly gross. There was multiple spills of shit food. The pizza had one teaspoon of sauce and the cheese was cold as-well as 5 pounds of grease better off walking across the street and get jets! The lanes were disgusting and rigged. No good options of balls. And waited forty minutes for fries and found out they didn't even print the order yet! And the shoe types were way to big or small! Way to over priced $43 FOR TWO GAMES!!!! My boyfriend and I went here for our six year anniversary last week, just to throw it back to one of our first dates. It's been awhile since we been here and hated it years prior. When we first arrived we were told their was no open bowling thanks to a league and a fundraiser. We were told to return in a few hours. No big deal. We changed our plans and seen a movie before we went bowling. For my boyfriend and I to bowl two games and shoes was $20. Seems a bit steep to me but I guess all the cheap deals are during the day. After we already paid we were told it would be the same price to bowl for an hour and have a whole lane to ourselves. Nice to know after the fact...Only takes about 15 minutes for two people to bowl a game. The counter guy was kind enough to find me a lightweight ball that fit my fingers though. I give him props because I never go bowling because I spend the whole time trying to find a bowling ball that fits me. No issues with our lane, which was nice. Place smelled like pot, even when no smoking is allowed inside. $1 bowling and shoes on Tuesdays. I'd come back but perhaps when its cheaper. Prices aren't worth the place. It needs to be revamped, cleaned, new balls, new shoes. read more

Messy ass place, lazy workers poor management stains, ceilings falling apart l, paints chipped, floor has cracks/stains, I could go on and on. And I highly encourage you to start cleaning that parking lot out in the front before I run over a beer bottle or some other debris. Went for a fundraiser. I am not sure where to begin. One of the dirtiest places I have been in a long time. The ceiling tiles are literally bubbling, water spotted and about to crash down on someone at any moment. Food was so BAD.. not expecting fine dining but the mozzarella sticks had powered cheese inside. Dollar bowling is a good deal, but the place is kind of gross. The Alley's balls are really horrible. They all have odd size finger holes, many are broken, and they are not gathered in one central area, so it's near impossible to find one that fits. The lanes seemed okay. The pizza looked god awful. I would not eat a piece if they paid me $1. They raised the price of shoe rental to $3, even though it's still advertised as $1 all over the bowling alley. Skiball was out of order. We headed north a bit in search of New York, New York, a music venue that's disguised as a shopping center. Well, actually it seemed that in the not-so-distant past it was a shopping center, which would partially explain the reason why we drove past it several times before finding it. The other reason would be the curious fact that there were no signs indicating "New York, New York." A suggestion to the owners: call your namesake in Las Vegas and convince them to lend you one of their signs--even the ones that don't blink would be helpful. That or post GPS coordinates. Fortunately, there's a very large "water feature" at the end of the road, so if you suddenly get a free car wash, you've gone too far. This venue turned out to be relatively large complex containing a bowling ally, bar, movie theater, and a dinner theater that had been converted into a quasi-music venue. I'm used to Double Door in Chicago which has both a charming location, good sound and just about no seats. New York, New York on the other hand, had a really strange location, ok sound, and nice chairs, tables, a bar, pool tables, and a dance floor adjacent to the stage with its own lighting system that intermittently blinked in time with absolutely nothing that was being played out of the stacked sound system. Whew! Ok, we liked the place in a strange, parallel dimension sort of way. Speaking of sound, I'm not asking for a flown JBL VerTec system, but the high frequencies of the installed system were so directional in the venue, that moving anywhere off-axis of the floor-stacked three-way system caused the sound to turn into a booming bass audition. Perhaps a system upgrade is in order here? read more

Well this bowling alley definitely could use a face lift. The bowling ball selection is pretty slim and you have to excessively search for a ball. There's no real organization to the ball madness. But if your in the mood to bowl this place is sufficient but it's definitely not the nicest alley out there. read more

I was practicing there for my tournament and two of my bowling balls made by storm got all messed up and there's huge gouges and scratches from the pin setters I took them to the counter and they said they will fix it but it would take 18 hours and I had my tournament the next morning I didn't have my spare balls and then they didn't tell me if its free or not so I don't know if I'm paying for it or getting it for free and I went up to the bowling counter and asked to get my money back they Said we give you coupons like seriously who wants coupons for the same bowling alley the screwed up all of your equipment and now I have to bowl my Tournament with out the right equipment thanks premier lanes for screwing up my divisionals tournament. read more

Went on a date here to play some pool. You have to give your id to play. The worst pool tables I've ever seen and the sticks were just as bad. The behind the counter was pretty rude to begin with. But he said the first game is free, turns out it's really not... you have to pay to get your id back. When we asked about why even say the first game is free, the manager comes over screaming at us, and said we were banned... Trust me, the tables and sticks are not worth it, you can find way better places. read more

So then I go tell them hey you guys messed my order up and the employee starts arguing with me. I always had a bad taste in my mouth for Premier but today they gave me a reason to never go back. I went with my date to play some pool. After a nice evening out to dinner I found out our other pool hall was booked so Premier was a last resort. Upon going to the pool table they had a sign that said they have all the billiards behind the counter. Once I went to the counter and asked for the billiards the man told me the first game was on them and that they would need my ID. Which sounded kinda strange but i didnt question. Now he did state "here are the billiards and the first games free." My date and I played two games of pool, one "on the house" and one i paid for. after we got done I brought the tray back up and asked for my ID. The man told me I have to bring the balls back to him to get my ID. I tried to explain how If I had to pay to get the balls out then I am paying for two games. which he then starts to get upset and tried to tell me thats not how it works and that I would have to pay to get the balls out and return it to them. meaning if they gave me the first game free then I'm having to pay for my ID back. Which is extortion. I was being calm but when he told me I had to buy my ID back I asked for a manager, mind you while calling him sir, he stated he was the manager. I looked over his shoulder and I saw the owner walking up to us and I make eye contact and try to greet him and explain the situation. I wasn't able to get a word out besides "sir I think theres been..." The owner starts to tell me I had to leave If I'm not going to pay and i tried to explain again that it was not a free game if I have to pay $2 for a freegame and a game I paid for. Thought logical thinking and simple math could help but it just angered him more. "Get out of here, dont come back!!!" I responded with a calm tone telling him I'll freely leave once i get my ID. "you are banned from here I dont ever want to see your face again!!!" As I was walking out with my date feeling upset and my adrenaline pumping I hear one of them shout "AND STAY OUT FREAK!" Why they thought i was a freak I'm not sure, I'm pretty average Joe. anyway, This place was trying to extort me for a dollar. I will never step foot into that building again. It wasn't the first time service was that of a mongoloid, I've seen them rude to others in my years of going. Our family of 4 and our friends (family of 4) bought a groupon for dinner and 2 hrs of bowling...great deal for the money....food at the cantina was great, waitresses were great,,, we bowled for less than an hour on 2 lanes, the lane to the right kept shutting off....it was shutting off for 10 mins at a time...they were attempting to fix for the second and third time, what ever they were doing was causing the left lane to start screwing up and resetting randomly for no reason....one of our kids accidentally hit the guard that came down while he was bowling a couple times.....the DBAG that works there came out and kicked us out.....i have been bowling for a long time...never seen such incompetence or poor customer service in a bowling alley ever......i will never go back to premier lanes on 23 mile in chesterfield ever....and i will make sure everybody i know avoids that crappy place as well.....0 stars read more

Horrible pretty much sums it up. Ordered the special which was Lasagna and a salad with bread and chicken strips. I had to ask for the salad, I now wish I didnt. The cucumber was moldy. I asked for my bread and witnessed the same guy that was touching the register and working the counter reach in to a bag of bread without washing his hands. I will say I was thankful for the refund even though it took 10 minutes for them to actually refund me. I will never ever go back here again. Worst bowling experience ever. I actually couldn't bowl - so just had to watch - because they don't have any balls that are 10 pounds and under with adult-sized holes. After that it still went downhill. Our son wanted candy, but it stuck in the machine. The soda machine was out of nearly everything. One person worked the entire place, so the service wasn't great when there were issues. Worst of all, the scoring didn't work, so it would show strikes when there wasn't one. read more

These people are SCUM. If there is one thing that I do not stand, it's a lack of moral code and ethics. To be able to blatantly lie to somebody's face as if it were a natural part of life is simply unacceptable. My experience first started off by calling at 12PM regarding a 5 oclock lane reservation. The gentleman on the other end of the phone said a reservation was not needed and to come on in at 5. When I arrived at 5, with a party of 8, I was told that there was a fundraiser that would be taking up 75% of the lanes and open bowling was only for the remaining lanes. They continued to then say that it would only be 20 minutes. As 30-45 mins went by, I went up to ask how much longer we would wait. Once again, I was told another 20 minutes. I ate and drank as we waited to pass the time. The prices had no logic. There was a $10 large pizza and pitcher of beer special. The pizza was garbage and tasted like cardboard. I ordered another pitcher and that was somehow $8 (the pizzas value is apparently $2). An hour and a half later I'm still sitting here as I type this post. The people at the front counter continue to greet me as they don't know who I am each time I ask for a status update. I'll send another review if by some act of god this turns into a good experience. read more
