I got a new insurance policy because my old insurance was expiring. The worker told me NOT TO PAY IT. She just said to start paying the new policy. Obviously she was wrong. I am getting calls saying I have a balance due on my old insurance policy. Since she told me incorrect information I have to deduct 2 stars from my previous review.
