I've noticed there is an associate who monitors the parking lot instead of helping the tellers inside, why? Why not just go inside and help. Just open another BofA here in town!

Everything about the inside and outside looks fresh and well done. My only real issue is the drive-up ATM. Unfortunately, it seems to always be out of money. I've tried to use it on three different occasions and each time I wasn't able to withdraw anything because it was empty. None of those visits were on busy weekends or around the first of the month, so there really shouldn't have been a reason for it to be out of cash. It's pretty frustrating to then have to drive around just to find ONE walk-up ATM and it have a long line of people. The building is great, but keeping the drive-up ATM stocked would make the experience so much better

So I obliged & brought them in a proof of employment from my present employer. Then the associate named Isabel Trujillo, who attended me the 2nd time I walked in, accused me of having a fake driver license/ID. Can you believe it?! She told me that she reviews many Arizona state ids & has never seen one like mine. Mine is worn a bit so the protective seal it has on it is coming off. I find it funny that she's accusing me of having a fake identification when my sibling has went in there recently & opened an account with the same type of driver license. Haha! I took my services somewhere else. These people are ridiculous! Don't bank here. I'm pretty sure the lady was being lazy because it was close to 5 & she probably didn't want to do her job. I won't ever do business here.
