When you are a weary traveller (and I was) this is everything you need.
A clean, comfortable room with a clean comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom.
kettle and teacoffee (there was a time when there was hot chocolate too) and a tv mean that it's easy to wind down.
We had booked well in advance so we got a good deal which is important when you're travelling with a large family on a limited budget.
I have to mention the breakfast which is all you can eat for about £8 and free for a child when an adult pays. We spent a good hour stuffing ourselves with masses of bacon, sausage, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt (yes i did eat all that) washed down with coffee, fruit juice and a variety of teas (they also have soya milk).
