They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. Trust this team with all your hot tubs and electrical setup. Incredible 10/10

Just before my birthday this year, I decided to give myself the gift of a hot tub to complete my…read morebackyard oasis. I did a ton of research and shopped around quite a bit. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Peyton 680 Series from Atlanta Hot Tub Center. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have to say that this investment was well worth every penny. Even my penny pinching husband agrees with me on this one, which is saying a lot! The delivery and installation was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Jerry Roberts and his team were true professionals. They navigated the obstacles of our terrain flawlessly and set up our new tub in its designated spot without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and got our new tub up and running in no time. Jerry was great! He set everything up properly and made sure we knew exactly how to work and maintain the spa for optimal performance. My only complaint throughout this whole experience is that I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication prior to delivery and installation. Dusty did tell me it would be several weeks before delivery but as we neared the end of the estimated window he gave me, I found that I had to keep calling to get a status update on when to expect delivery. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me to ensure I had taken care of the electricity or to give an updated estimate on when to expect delivery since there were some things we needed to take care of on our end before taking delivery and it would have helped us plan those things better if we had heard from them without me having to call the office multiple times. It was mildly annoying but at the end of the day, I decided not to knock a star off for it because they made up for it with a great delivery and overall experience. I am happy that we went with Atlanta Hot Tub Center and if I had to do it all again, I would choose them over the competition any day.

Adam had me work with Brett, and I learned a lot about hot tubs...I owed one previously in the late 90's...and there has been a lot of good changes to these things. Anyway, these guys listened to our needs & budget and found a hot tub that our family LOVES. In fact, I was even impressed with their install team, who went over everything with me again on the care of the tub. We did have one issue, appears a house got twisted during delivery effecting the water pressure. These guys came out quickly, found the problem and fixed it. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam, and his entire team of professionals. They are passionate about these tubs, and very knowledgeable so if you are in the market for one, start with these guys.
