Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Peyton 680 Series from Atlanta Hot Tub Center. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have to say that this investment was well worth every penny. Even my penny pinching husband agrees with me on this one, which is saying a lot! The delivery and installation was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Jerry Roberts and his team were true professionals. They navigated the obstacles of our terrain flawlessly and set up our new tub in its designated spot without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and got our new tub up and running in no time. Jerry was great! He set everything up properly and made sure we knew exactly how to work and maintain the spa for optimal performance. My only complaint throughout this whole experience is that I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication prior to delivery and installation. Dusty did tell me it would be several weeks before delivery but as we neared the end of the estimated window he gave me, I found that I had to keep calling to get a status update on when to expect delivery. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me to ensure I had taken care of the electricity or to give an updated estimate on when to expect delivery since there were some things we needed to take care of on our end before taking delivery and it would have helped us plan those things better if we had heard from them without me having to call the office multiple times. It was mildly annoying but at the end of the day, I decided not to knock a star off for it because they made up for it with a great delivery and overall experience. I am happy that we went with Atlanta Hot Tub Center and if I had to do it all again, I would choose them over the competition any day.

They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. I called the following day and again nobody answered so I left a message for them to call back and guess what. No return call. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.

I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I bought the heater on line for $365 and installed it myself. What a ripoff, never do business with them again.

I hired John Mullins at Dolphin Pools to renovate my pool. Do not hire this guy. He will ghost you…read moreand not complete the job. He has ignored all my attempts to contact him. I needed him to facilitate the chemicals after the mini pebble was installed. He never responded to my messages. He didn't check the new Polaris fittings in the pool to make sure they were installed properly (his subcontractor) after the pool was completed. The Polaris fitting was just hanging there and doesn't work. It's not installed right and now I have to hire a new company to fix it. Could be as much as $2,000. He did not finish the job! He likes to do the least amount of work possible. In addition to the pool renovation, he needs to install new anchors for my pool cover for which he is already paid. Now, I will have to pay for another pool service to complete the anchor install that he was paid for. Do not hire this guy! Thankfully, I have a fantastic new pool service. Good riddance, John!

They want a cc on file that they have carte Blanche to charge even for the supplies to ruin your pool. My belief is that they charged for full buckets of chemicals when they only used a fraction of that. Their price is double competition and they charge a fuel surcharge on top of that.
