We got a roof installed by them about 20 yrs ago and just had a new one put on by them. During that time they have come out numerous times to look at small issues that arose (nail pops, etc.) over the years. They come out very quickly, usually the same day or next day and they did not charge ANYTHING that entire time. This is a company that stands behind their work!! SO hard to find these days. I HIGHLY recommend them for roofing. We are currently looking to install new gutters and they are likely to be doing that as well. Great folks.

Finch Field Services was a disappointment. The project manager is very unprofessional and mean…read morespirited. They did not complete the job like we originally discussed because they juggle numerous jobs at a time and they do not refer to the few notes that are taken during the initial consultation. They hire outside contractors and never personally check out the work before paying your money to these outside contractors for poor quality service. We signed up for a kitchen remodel that was supposed to be finished in 3 months, instead it took them 8 months to finish using subpar contractors whose work had to be redone several times over. After finally finishing my project in June, several cabinets are now warped and the project manager claims that they are not under warranty anymore and insists that I send them the measurements instead of them coming over to follow up on their work. I feel they are unwilling to stand behind their work, while they claim they will. The value of their work is not worth the headache of extended time to completion, showing up late to work, and having to redo work by outside contractors numerous times. Not to mention the numerous lies we were told to put us on hold so they could finish other projects. Overall a bad experience.

Larry Sr. showed up to give an estimate when he said he would and was one of the few estimators that actually got on the roof to assess needed repairs. He brought samples of our top 5 shingles and fastened them on the roof, giving us a weekend to view the diffeent colors in different lights to help us make our final selection. Larry Jr. and his crew were prompt, polite and efficient. It is a family business and the comfort level and respect was evident as they worked together. The roof looks wonderful and they even made some minor repairs to our chimney, replacing siding and even touch up painting! Their price was very competitive and straightforward. When we had a minor follow-up question, Larry came right out, investigated, and put our minds at ease. They were a pleasure to work with and we would use them again.
