What really stood out was their efficiency. They finished the project much faster than we expected and kept everything moving smoothly while still delivering great quality. Dee and Koral also take real ownership of their work. They stand behind what they do and don't disappear after the project finishes, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They were always available, helped us with the design, product selection, and purchases, and made the whole process much easier. Their entire team is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The experience was smooth from start to finish. We're already planning a bathroom renovation and will definitely work with KDO again.

After our previous contractors did a horrible job on the shower in our bathroom remodel (and took a…read moremonth to complete the work), Sunny and his team came to the rescue. Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Sunny thought some of my floor tiling might get destroyed and might have to get replaced when his workers demolished the shower. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked almost non-stop until the end of the day. At the end of it all, the quality of work done by everyone on the team was top notch. They were able to make our vision a reality, and they did it at a pretty fair price. Anyone looking to avoid a contractor horror story with their remodel should call Perfect Remodeling.

I highly recommend reaching out to Perfect Remodeling, I just did for another project!

The backyard clean up was by far one of the larger projects and his team ripped out a significant amount of IVY and other weeds to help open up the full backyard. The construction on the patio was top work and he kept me up to date on any issues that came up and solved them immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone considering construction.

1st Choice Remodel (FCR) did an amazing job on my attic renovation. We bought the house and moved…read morein 5 weeks later, and didn't contract FCR until a week in. With less than a month to complete, he got everything done with a few days to spare. It wasn't an easy remodel either; he lifted the HVAC higher into the attic (8'+ up), added a half bath bathroom, and changed the framing of our attic to make it more of a loft and spacious. Ultimately, it was gorgeous! My family owns a commercial construction company, and they are all impressed with how well done and professional it looks. FCR didn't skimp on any materials, and the hardwood/bathroom look great. If I ever get another renovation in ATL, I'm only going with FCR as it's hard to find good contractors. Thank you again FCR!

I was told I'd hear back in a day or two. I waited. Didn't hear anything back, called back. They said someone would call me. Waited - didn't hear anything. Called in a week later same thing. I get an email that asks for me to resend the original document. And then they quote 3 times higher than any other contractor. I played along to ask for the itemized quote (because theres no way that they could justify that number) but they couldn't give it. For a project that involves your house and $20K plus you want a professional company. My experience with them has been anything but professional - I 100% would not even waste your time.

However, I went with Accupro because they treated my projects with intent, care, and in a timely matter. Despite having an already full schedule, Kay and Ariana fit my projects in. They worked quickly and efficiently. We had all kinds of issues with supply ordering, material availability, all of which was out of our control. However, the main reason for this glowing review is that Accupro partnered with me to come up with great solutions to handle my projects quickly and all for very reasonable rates. During the projects there were other related issues with the previous construction work that were also handled quickly by the crew, no questions asked. This is the top notch service that we are missing now a days. I highly recommend working with this company for your next project. I know i will be using them again in the future!
