He kept the length on both, which was important to me, but added the right amount of shape and control so everything looks intentional now instead of just grown out. What stood out most was how well he blended the haircut into the beard. The sides look cleaner without being too tight, and the beard has a defined shape without looking overdone or overly sharp. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how to maintain it, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt like a very thoughtful and skilled approach rather than just a quick cut. If you're growing your hair and beard out and want someone who can shape it properly without taking too much off, I'd definitely recommend Marcus. I'll be back.

They can't cut white people beards…read more They do a good job in a timely fashion, the down side is they can't cut white peoples hair. I shave my head and go there for beard trim and everytime I've gone the past two years I've walked out looking like a white Rick Ross. It doesn't matter which barber I had. They are good at what they do and it's pleasant experience but I don't want to look like a white Rick Ross or Dj Khaled.

It's not in a strip mall, rather, it's in a house on the second floor. You'll know you've found it when the cutest dog in the world comes up and sniffs your hand. Victoria was great, took me in (without appointment) and gave me a great service. So great, it was light years better than what I was used to getting at home. She also let me know that they do free touch ups between cuts. I think they take appointments, and would encourage folks to make one (I kinda felt bad that I didn't have one, but she didn't make me feel bad at all).
