We've decided to give it a chance and I can confidently say that we had the best customer experience. Waking about the store, it's like shopping in a big warehouse but their furniture and beds are displayed pretty well. The sales person we dealt with was knowledgeable and super friendly. We did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want to. I feel that customer service at other places are declining, so it was really refreshing to talk to someone that actually cared. The prices are decent because they don't waste their money on advertisements. However, delivery I feel is a little bit pricier but if you are lucky enough have a truck and some helping hands, then it's all good.

I was told that I would need a detailed description of the problem accompanied by photos. This info was sent to their 'Customer Service' email address. Well, it's obvious now that they DON'T HAVE anything even remotely close to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their total lack of concern combined with a truly insulting dismissal (pretended that they would do something at one point) has destroyed any trust I may have had in them. I actually had to forward all the info to the manufacturer, which is not the normal course of action. As it turns out, dealing with the manufacturer was a much more enjoyable experience as they resolved my problem. Make no mistake, I will never step into their showroom again and will alert other people, when and wherever I can, to be aware of the non-existent service they can expect if they require after-sales support.

They told me I did not claim it within 48 hours . I did not open the boxes until I moved into my new home. They had me send multiply pictures, wait on hold, send me to muliply customer service reps hoping I would just go away. I tried to get them to do the right thing but once again I was let down by this company. I will NEVER buy them again. Their business practices are unscripulous and untrustworthy.
