That's interesting, because all the marketing information shows "hand washing only". They're not honest, and they're not responsible. They ruined our top on our very well-maintained BMW with a pressure washer that was directed too close and too directly. The pressure washer was used so extensively that the conditioning of the top was removed and the worst areas had a channel of the fabric damaged. After repeated tries to contact Jeremy, all we got were excuses and "no-shows" and he never came back to personally inspect the damage, nor try to fix/condition the top. I do not recommend this company.
