HOWEVER he let a female (non dentist, unlicensed) do crown work on me. The crown was not placed correctly (crown was facing inward too much) which compromised my bite, chewing and caused continual discomfort. About 1 month after the unlicensed employee performed the crown work on me, I received a letter from a former employee of Dr. Cravens who stated that Dr. Cravens was unlawfully using unlicensed workers to perform complicated dental procedures on clients. I am usure if Dr. Cravens is still unlawfully utilizing his staff to perform unethical, incompetent and unlawful procedures on his clients. BEWARE...
