I decided to visit McLemore and McLemore for the first time because I heard they create a relaxing atmosphere for the patients. I was not disappointed! I've never been more relaxed at the dentist. They went the extra mile to ensure I felt good and wasn't tense or nervous for my cleaning. Let's be honest, nobody likes the dentist. So to have some positivity and relaxation during my visit was a plus. Dr. Pete was extremely nice and friendly. My dental hygienist was thorough and nice. I want to say her name was Charity or Chasity I think? I can't remember because I was so relaxed! I also liked that she talked enough to make me comfortable, but wasn't trying to make awkward conversation with tools stuck in my mouth where I couldn't respond. (I've had that experience before where they talk TOO much). If there was any downside, it was that I was there for 2 hours. However, they told me my first visit would take at least an hour and a half, so I was able to plan accordingly beforehand. They were super friendly. I love them. They are the absolute best. They pair you with the same hygienist and doctor (since there are actually 3 Dr. McLemore's) each visit. Before covid, they offered services that included neck massages, neck pillows, a vibrating massage pad for your back, a blanket, and more! They supply you with sanitized sunglasses so that the bright light above your mouth doesn't blind you. They also are very considerate and do their best to make you go through as little pain as possible. I'm not just talking about sensitive teeth. When I had a root canal, they were extremely careful and wanted me to stop them if I felt even a little bit of pain. They are incredibly professional.They want you comfortable and happy. Long story short is my daughter had some work done at this practice shortly before we moved out of town. The bill was paid in FULL before we left their office. We then get a bill 8 months later for this same visit because according to their incompetent billing department, the bill I paid was for only an estimate of the charges. This last charge was paid in FULL, as was the 1st one, and then 2 weeks later we received a letter from a collection agency for the 2nd bill. I called the dental office irritated about this situation and was hung up on not once but twice by the receptionist who apparently thought I was wrong for being irritated about this bill being sent to a collection agency. A simple apology would have been sufficient instead of the arrogant and condescending attitude I received from Rachel. read more

Went for the 1st time for a cleaning, and if you're you're reading this you gotta hear me out...The service was great and my hygienist did an awesome job! Now, if you're looking for a good family-friendly dentist, this should be enough, BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!! I had a hand massage, paraffin hand treatment, neck massage, neck pillow, free tea, free coffee, super comfy chairs and they gave me a Water bottle full of goodies... Yes people, i said GOODIES!!! 'Nuff Said! Mike Drop! Who doesn't like goodies?! You definitely need to visit them for your next cleaning appointment. I love this office! ! When you walk in the front office, it looks like a day spa instead of a dental office. It's not just the doctors, it's everyone from the office staff to the technicians. Chastity did my cleaning yesterday and it was my first time with her. Fantastic experience! I rebooked with her. I always start my visit by checking off the spa treatments I want and fix an herbal tea. I usually get my hands paraffin dipped and request a warm neck roll and eye pillow for during my cleaning. When I'm taking my children, the ladies let me sit in the massage chair in the back with paraffin on my hands. I found this dentist office online and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. I must say I had not been to see a dentist in many many years because of a bad experience I had as a teen getting a tooth pulled. However the staff made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in. The extra attention and spa (the neck and hand massage = priceless) like experience relaxes you and takes away tension you are feeling. My dental hygienist was so nice and did a great job. The dentist was also extremely patient, kind, and very thorough. I unfortunately had some cavities and few gum issues that I have to go back and take care of however this time around I'm not as anxious because I know I will be treated with A+ care! read more

This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to or heard of! Both of the Drs. McClemore provide excellent care and have a warm, welcoming manner. Ashley was my hygienist and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, gentle, yet thorough cleaning. The atmosphere is very calming and the entire staff is always pleasant. From the snuggly blankets, warm neck pillows, scented eye masks that block the bright light, and massaging full body pads (all complementary, by the way) to the respect, kindness, and effective dentistry they offer, this place ticks all of the boxes. Literally the best dental experience I have ever had! I just moved back to Jackson and chose this practice based on all the other positive reviews and I am so happy I did! The front desk was organized and had a wonderful protocol in place for Covid. Then I was introduced to my hygienist, Micah, who was a DOLL, did an amazing job and was gentle and thorough. What a great place to get your dental needs taken care of! They are always happy to see you and the comfort menu makes it a relaxing time whenever you are there. My daughter is autistic and they have worked with her for years. She sits quietly and lets them clean her teeth. They have worked with our insurance to increase her annual visits to 4 so that she has to spend less time in the chair. Being there more frequently also makes it easier for her to remember the people and the place. She hasn't had a cavity thanks to their excellent care! I've been a patient for several years now and this dental practice actually has me looking forward to going to the dentist. Most importantly, the Dentist and technicians are professional and friendly with almost a family feel to the visit. But the comfort level given is like none I've ever experienced. There are x-ray machines in each room area so I don't even leave my chair. Which is a good thing because I'm usually laying there with parafin wax wrapped hands, herbal eye pillow and I also receive a hand and neck massage. McLemore & McLemore has proven to be my best dental experience yet. Somehow, McLemore has made getting your teeth cleaned not-so-bad of a thing. I live out of town and will wait until I am traveling through just so I can avoid having to switch to another dentist. They are just that good! I have known Dr. Jay since he was in dental school. I trust his care for my dental needs. He has put 2 crowns on and filled several teeth. All his work has been done with great concern. His work lasts also. I've had dental work done and fillings came out quickly. The staff at M&M are so kind and make sure that you are quickly and efficiently taken care of. I am sent reminders of each appointment too...plus given an appointment card. Afterwards I was given a toothbrush, floss, and small tube of toothpaste. Try this dental group. This practice has the best, friendliest and most competent office staff, Dental Hygienists, dental assistants and Dentists I have ever encountered! (I have been to several other offices in the past.) One of the best things abt moving to Jackson is finding Dr Pete and his son Dr Jay. What a fantastic experience as first time patient. The atmosphere of the office is so soothing. They even offer eight 'comfort services' like neck and hand massages, and a warm cuddly blanket -- for free! All the staff are so nice and Chastity is the best hygenist I've ever had. First experience with this office and it was great. Everything was clean and the employees were very nice. I was surprised that they offered a complementary comfort menu for things such as herbal neck wrap, eye mask, warm blanket and heated massage pads on the chairs. It's very hard not to be at ease while visiting their office. In addition, I was pleased to see that they employ military spouses. Definitely impressed. This is by far the best dentist I have ever went to in my entire life! Me and my husband have been going here for about 4 years now. The staff is always friendly and the wait time is always less than 5 minutes. It has a serene and calming atmosphere with perks of getting spa like treatment (paraffin dip, hand and neck massages.) My 92 year-old mother was dissatisfied with her dentures and I suggested she go to my dentist. Dr. Pete McLemore was patient and kind with my mother. He explained that she didn't want to do that and why she wouldn't want to pull her remaining teeth and replace her partial with a lower plate. He is such a good dentist, I wouldn't want to ever let another dentist work on me. The staff is polite and professional and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a positive experience.
