I was lied to about an advertising budget, I was lied on about the hours I put in the office, what bothered me most is I was lied to about days and times of deliveries to customers waiting on there buildings. Nikki, from JM Ridgway, was rude and unprofessional in every communication even stating she would have other schedulers from other companies to blacklist me if I continued trying to get paid. After receiving Nikki's email, I started contacting Storage of America directly. I contacted headquarters and was hung up on. Called the location and the manager was supposed to have the district manager to call me. I have yet to receive a call back. I need to talk to someone at your location to get paid.

I told them that this was a defected item right out of the box and he told me that since I opened the box that there would be a restocking fee! Horrible horrible customer service experience. Charged me $40 to bring back their defected item. That tells me that Harbor freight in London KY makes money even if they stuff they sell is junk and they don't care!! I kept telling him that it was defected that the lines were kinked and they were not repairable he didn't even look at the damage. He could care less, $40 to the "restock".
