I bought a brand new pressure washer 13 days ago. I opened the box put it together and then found out that two lines had a kink in it I tried to use it a few times thinking the pressure would blow out the kink but it didn't so the item was useless. I took it back to Harbor freight and they told me in London KY that since the box was opened that there would be a restocking fee of $40! I told them that this was a defected item right out of the box and he told me that since I opened the box that there would be a restocking fee! Horrible horrible customer service experience. Charged me $40 to bring back their defected item. That tells me that Harbor freight in London KY makes money even if they stuff they sell is junk and they don't care!! I kept telling him that it was defected that the lines were kinked and they were not repairable he didn't even look at the damage. He could care less, $40 to the "restock". Now I wonder if they're going to literally restock it and do this to the next customer read more

I wish I could say something about their "Customer Service" but it is completely and totally…read morenonexistent!!! Went to purchase a new drill, needed some information and some comparison. "Employees" walked past, each time I tried to get their attention, they waved and kept walking!!! It took 54 MINUTES to find someone that would help!!! 35 minutes to Lowes; 50 minutes to Menards; 1 hour and 40 minutes to Home Depot....guess I will be driving a hell of a lot!!! DO NOT EXPECT ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM LOWES....except the type "service" a herd gets from a bull.

Been on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get help with pricing. They let it ring and ring, pick…read moreup and hangup. Finally got thru and they were supposed to transfer the call to lumber. Was cut of again. This is the about the worst store in London, Kentucky to get help in or out of the store. I'll start driving to a Menards or Home Depot.
