Everything the other filtered reviewer said is true. I don't understand why Yelp filtered it. The owner agreed on a project and half way through stopped showing up for weeks at a time. I had to threaten and chase to just get them to show. My error for having given them too much payment up front which he required. Then, with the job 3/4 finished he demanded a 40% hike. When I refused he walked with his guys off the job. Also, the work they did is HORRIBLE: its already cracked, the stamping done unevenly and just a horrible horrible job. Andy from Premier Concrete over promised and never delivered. Thank goodness I only paid him 50% because thats all he finished. Had to hire in another company to finish the job. Used every excuse possible weather, sickness, heart problems and the list goes on and on. I even set him up with my neighbors driveway replacement and he never finished that either. Please do not use and please do not pay up front. You will not be satisfied. The work that was completed was subject at best and some had to be removed and re done. Please run away from his guy! I dont know why these reviews did not come up when I googled this guy! He gave us a time frame of 2-3 weeks to complete our foundation work for a new addition to the house. After almost 3.5 months on the job, we finally fired him. The sad part is that we paid him 80% of the job cost, and he delayed our whole project by about 3 months and we had to pay another guy to redo everything. Promises on top of promises kept us from firing him earlier, and of course the fact that we paid him so much money up front... Just like the other reviewer said it was always something - it is snowing, it is the weekend, I don't have the right supplies yet, its too cold, its this and that. Very unprofessional, not reliable, disrespectful. Finally a new buy was hired and he undid EVERYTHING this guy did, because the initial footing that he poured was so uneven. The new guy undid his whole job and completed everything in 2 weeks - in the deep, deep winter. Just call LaPorte police department and ask about this guy - he will take your money and not complete the job, and for the work he does do, will have to be redone. RUN! read more

the people at premier concrete, did a driveway and side walk project for me. They were not only anything but professional but did my project in a timely fashion. my driveway looks amazing and my children love playing on it,weather it be basketball or riding their bikes on top of it. they were very nice and personal i will surely use this company again in the future . If you are thinking of hiring this company DON'T!! I promise you will NOT be happy. First let me tell you that he will make everything seem as if it's no big deal. He is personable. That's about the only good I think of. He was hired to do quite a bit of concrete work. Stamped and broom finished. It was a fairly big job but nothing that couldn't be done in 1-2 weeks tops. That's giving him 4 weeks of give or take time to complete, at the very least, either that back or front section. We are over 6 weeks into it and he has not even completed the back. It is empty promise after empty promise. Will tell you he will be out the next day and never show up. We have 6 weeks of documented phone calls, text messages and printed emails of his promises. He has avoided our phone calls, text messages and emails. He will tell you he wants 1/3 down, 1/3 half completeion, 1/3 at the finish BUT then he will ask for more to pour the concrete. DON'T DO IT. We have given him over half the money owed and he has just fell off the face of the earth. We are STILL standing on sand in our back yard as he is out scaming other suckers like us. Tells us we have top priority as he is pouring someone elses concrete. It's unbelievable someone can lay their head down at night knowing they have basicly screwed us over by leaving us in this mess. Their name, their work evidently means nothing to them. We have contacted the BBB and of course he has not responded to them either. We will be taking legal action. read more
