Today, I called to schedule service for a leaking washing machine hookup and to have the kitchen drain looked at again. Nathan informed me it would be $350 just for the service call, before any work was even done. This amount for an appointment is exorbitant and disappointing, especially for a returning customer. Between the steep service call fees, the price increases from May to November, and the unsatisfactory work, I can only conclude that this company is price gouging. I was quoted 195 and gave the staff the details of what I wanted, was told that the "qualified" Tech was out of town and I agreed to wait 2 days heating only with a fireplace. So what I requested was a flush cart check and for some reason he thinks that makes this a golden service call. I can purchase a flush cart for 2500 or could build my own which I have considered.
