It was an all day round trip booking to NYC requiring driving on icy roads, navigating in and out of the city, and maneuvering through jam-packed holiday traffic in Midtown Manhattan. In addition, he anticipated restroom breaks without us asking, and helped me (70 yr old) in and out of the beautiful and impeccably appointed 'party bus.' The bus had wifi, TV, Netflix, stereo system, beverage set-up, etc. We never had to wait for him, even after the matinee show in bumper-to-bumper midtown. My 11 yr old grandson was thrilled with the very fancy bus and my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for reliability, efficiency, safety, and value. It was a "FIRST CLASS RIDE" indeed.

For starters, the contact and person I had been corresponding with left the company without any communication to clients. I emailed my contact to discuss scheduling to be met with a response saying they had left the company. A decent amount of time later I was reached out to by a woman named Lisa. She called me and had the complete wrong information. She has confused our wedding with another reservation. Total red flag, but let it go. We talked on the phone 2 more times where I informed her what time the wedding ended and requested service continue until all guests were picked up. At the end of the night they informed our guests there would be no more shuttles and forces an unsafe number of guests on to the shuttle. Lastly, they left myself (the bride), groom, 83 year old grandma, and other family members at the venue. We waited for nearly 45 minutes before getting in touch with the driver who had headed home for the night. This completely ruined the evening as we missed the after party where we had paid for food and drink. By the time we had gotten there, most of our guests had left. Total bummer and horrible way to end the night. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After reaching out they offered us no solution to make this right. SO disappointed and wish we had hired literally any other company. Especially since they are more pricy than those in the area. Lastly - the contract originally sent had a price for 2 shuttle. Upon informing them we only needed one, they told us that was an error and it was still the same price. In hindsight, a total scam.

It is a cycling lane adjacent to the road and well used. Later we encountered the bus at a visitor stop. I expressed my concern to the driver and he immediately became angry yelling at me that " you should stay off the road- I pay road taxes and you don't!" Really?? Then he took out his cell phone and filmed me, approaching to 4 inches from my face and pushed my shoulder, yelling "what do you want me to do?". Many other large vehicles, RV's etc seem to be able to drive in the park without threatening cyclists. He was very threatening as a driver and personally. I reported the incident to the Park Ranger. All three of these reports concern angry out of control drivers- so called professionals!!

But after discussing this matter with one of the representatives, we were offered a fair deal. The representative responded quickly, which was so appreciated, as this trip was planned last minute.
