The staff are really approachable and discuss all the lense options available and which lenses will work best for you. They also sell glasses and there are some nice designer ones. You can get a discount if you buy new prescription glasses alongside ordering contact lenses. I've had no problems whatsoever and will continue to use there services.

However, now that I have to pay for stuff I find them incredibly expenive; an eye test is around £25! There are vouchers around quite often for money off or a free eye test but even then the glasses are still expensive. You pay for the lenses seperately to the frames, which works out hugely expensive if you have a high prescription. I would recommend elsewhere.
