Eventually made conversation as time went on. Might just be his personality. I believed there were only 2 employees working when I came in. I was not given a service menu or offered "types of pedicures" so I'm not sure if there is more than one service available. I asked if there was guest WiFi, he said no. I was only getting one bar 5G (practically no service). The reasoning behind it was "it's the same WiFi used for our payment system and we don't want hackers.". He asked if I had AT&t and said that is the reason I don't have good service here so I was unable to use internet. The building felt like there was no air circulation and it was hot. Mind you, outside was 87 degrees. The pedicure was honestly trash, he only did my feet, literally. He never touched my calves or shins.. and no massage. When he did the exfoliation, salt scrub, he only did the top of my foot. Which was pretty confusing. When he did the lotion he only rubbed it into the top of my feet and ankles. Again, never getting my shins or calves. The building was clean and beautiful. They offer bottle water but it's $1 each. No price menu posted anywhere. NOT WORTH IT.

That is wear I met Megan & other staff & scheduled my appointment. Their system sent reminders & confirmations before my appointment. Day of appointment, arrived & Megan (owner) greeted me & got me checked in & signing all the necessary paperwork work. Then walked into the room & got comfortable on the table. As Megan is prepping she is explaining everything to me, asking if I'm comfortable & advising of the possible discomforts of the process. She did this throughout the process, which made me feel at ease. The process takes about 45 minutes or so, it was about an hour total from arrival to departure. Megan was amazing & friendly. I didn't feel to much discomfort & loved that she did before & after pictures. We talked an about some of the after care during the process but she did go over it again & provided a care kit for me as well. The results were amazing & they are still looking great. I will be returning them to get more services done.
