Two days prior they left message on my machine saying that a credit card would be required as of first of 2026. They called on the morning of Jan 27th, and again they insisted I give them credit card info., despite having two different federal govt insurances. I cancelled appointment disgusted. You also cannot call the local office, but they can call you. Very dissatisfied. This arrogant clinic takes advantage of the fact that this area is grossly underserved by Dermatologists. Don't go near these people!

I was taken back for my procedure only 10 minutes after my appointment time, which I consider excellent. Additionally the doctor successfully removed the entire cancer on the first procedure. Since this skin lesion wasn't as deep as the last, I didn't even need stitches, so I was leaving in less than two hours after arriving. The entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a complete exam and told me what every spot was and thankfully everything was due to age and nothing serious. He reminded my how to be careful out in the sun since I spend so much time outside. I was not rushed and he spent a reasonable amount of time and answered all my questions.
