In today's marketplace, it is increasingly rare to encounter a business that excels not only in the excellence of its merchandise but also in the professionalism, courtesy, and integrity demonstrated throughout the entire customer experience. I write this letter almost 18 months after the installation of my security system by you because on after the test time can I write a more reliable and credible letter of recommendation of you to my friends and colleagues. From the moment of purchase, your team displayed remarkable attentiveness, patience, and genuine respect. The product itself exceeded my expectations in craftsmanship, reliability, and overall value. It is evident that great care has been invested in both design and quality control. What impressed me most, however, was your after-sales service. Your prompt responses, willingness to assist, and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction reflect a level of responsibility and pride that truly distinguishes your company. Rather than viewing the transaction as complete at the point of sale, you continued to provide support and reassurance, ensuring that every concern was addressed thoroughly and courteously. Your Chief Technician, Jason, is awesome. He is competent, efficient, courteous and patience. Such dedication fosters trust and long-term loyalty. It is businesses like yours that set the standard for excellence and restore confidence in what customer service should be. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your professionalism and kindness. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to colleagues, friends, and family, and I look forward to continuing to do business with you in the future. With highest appreciation, Dr. Leo Liu, Ph.D. Professor

There was so many problems with the service that he fired his brother, who was the installer, over it. He is an extremely dishonest person and everyone should absolutely avoid using them for anything. He even ignored the BBB contacting him when I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau about it. I have to now bring a Lawsuit against him. I can see why they have so many bad reviews everywhere about them. Memorable holiday moments include an upbeat Provident Team Member showing up in shorts to clear our walkway (ummm, he's from Calgary and we'all are clearly weather wimps in Vancouver!), another enthusiastic team member showing up with a snow blower (cool!) and three separate visits by Provident Team Members that insisted on not letting the ice that set in over the New Year's holiday get the best of them - they wouldn't give up until they made sure that our walkways were clear of the crazy ice.
