We did not leave with what we came for, unfortunately. We travelled a distance to go to this yard because we were looking for Subarus, which are harder to find. Unfortunately, this means the ones we did were picked over. This is a very cramped yard. No space for a wheelbarrow, rolling tool chest, or dolly in the aisles. Very little room to work to remove parts. Cars were where they were said they would be, though the cars are not numbered, just the aisles. No trouble finding the cars on ticket. A few areas had bridges built where there were spots in the yard where the water drains, so there is obviously thought given to the customer in the yard.

Went inside and had to wait, even though there were no other customers. Everyone was engrossed in their computers. When I was acknowledged, told the guy what I needed and the immediate reply was "don't have any." Went back to my car and called to verify. Was put on hold for 25 minutes and never returned to. Customer service is not a priority there, unless you look a certain way. Disappointing, as we need a good salvage yard. Avoid Pick-a-Part (both locations) if you can.
