My family member was also not provided a bed railing which if it weren't for the roommate, they would have collapsed at night and experienced a hard fall. Lastly, if the above was not insult to injury, the bed sheets were not clean and my family member was neither cleaned the following day nor provided breakfast. Suffice to say, we discharged our member and brought them to a better facility. I would strongly advise anyone considering to bring elderly to this rehab center to check the facility rooms, swollen baseboards, closets and bathrooms and not go off the "4+stars" it currently has so you are not left with disappointment and anger.

My FMLA status prior to this clinic was for up to 5 times a month for illness and 5 times for Dr/ER visits, which was about to expire. This office agreed to those same times and added notes into the computer, noting that time length. I received the finished paperwork, which was for 1 day a month for illness and 1 day a month for Dr/ER visits. I called them and the manager was full of tihs because she said that's the maximum time they write for FMLA, without her knowing anything about my wife's ailments or medical history.. I believe that she thinks FMLA is paid time off, which is none of her business, and it's not. She just flat out lied and thinks everyone is stupid, and it didn't take long to realize that. She just made up policies and prices as she spoke. Very unprofessional and prejudice, in my opinion .They are definitely con artists and we will not be going back. Update: Went to another doctor and had my FMLA paperwork filled out correctly, no problems.

My sister and her husband are both nurses and felt like her staff was like family throughout it. Davyne was the nurse throughout the night and was there within seconds if anything looked off. I have a history of…read morepregnancy loss, multiple miscarriages, last baby I lost was at 18 weeks, it's clear that I am a high risk, but she never wanted to refer me to a high risk doctor. I trusted her with my last pregnancy and I asked her to refer me to one, but she told me high risk doctors were only for "birth defect babies" which is completely wrong. I went into preterm labor at 25 weeks gestation, started having a lot of contractions, her team also sucks and I could have lost my baby and my life since I went to her office, they checked me and made fun of me, told me to go back home, drink water and wait for my next appointment in 10 days. I started crying out of fear and pain having those strong contractions every 2-3 minutes, they felt them and saw them, and her nurse practitioner laughed at me and said I shouldn't be freaking out, and repeated "go home and drink cold water". I refused to listen and walked to the hospital and they got me admitted immediately, gave me a room, tried everything to stop the contractions that were getting worse every minute, every doctor and nurse that saw me asked me, "who is your high risk doctor?" I didn't have one... one of them asked "why?" , because my OB didn't think it was necessary to refer me to one.... she said they were for birth defects only... my baby was born the very next day at 25 weeks and 5 days and spent 104 days in the NICU fighting for his life. We are having some issues, consequences from being born with extreme prematurity. I know if I would have been seen by a high risk doctor we could have made it to term, and I also know that if I listened to that woman at her office and went back home that day like she told me to and refused to do anything, me and my baby would have lost our lives since I had placenta abruption right after that and started bleeding a lot, thats why they rushed me into an emergencyc-section. Do yourself a favor, keep your baby and yourself safe, go with a doctor that takes your life seriously.
