Awesome pregnancy center these ladies care a lot! I first went in 2017, and then just a few months ago this year. Although they are a religious organization, I don't pass judgment on their beliefs. They have plenty of resources to help those who are pregnant and need assistance. If I'm not mistaken, me and the ultrasound nurse had prayed together for a beautiful healthy baby. I have been to this place at least twice now and have been refused the first time because there was no notice outside door saying they were closed due to some staff event it seems like these people are closed every damn Friday due to staff event. I have heard good things but have experienced horrible service so far I thought second time would be the charm I drove about two hours because of reviews and the second time I get here they are damn closed. They are an amazing group of women! I went back in February and found out I was pregnant. I also got my first ultrasound done there and the whole experience was amazing. When she first did the test after it she prayed with me and after the ultrasound the doctor who did the ultrasound prayed over my boyfriend and I. The doctor also gave me prenatal vitamins. Ever since I stopped going Shawn has continued to check on my boyfriend and I to see how I'm doing and to see if we need anything. I went to Pregnancy Help 4 U when I was 20 weeks pregnant and had no insurance. The place felt safe and full of acceptance. The staff were so personable, knowledgable, and giving. The day I went I was able to see my baby on the sonogram and the ladies there were just as thrilled as I was. My daughter is almost 2 years old now and I can't put into words how thankful I am for all that the ladies did. I got to share my story to others at the annual banquet they have each year.. I'd just moved to TX, alone, and scared I dreaded at the thought of potentially being pregnant. I found this place on Google and I am beyond happy that I did. This was nothing like I'd expected! Sara and I sat down and talked about my life, what I wanted to do if I were pregnant, what all of my options were, and what were my plans for my future. After I took the pregnancy test she walked in the room and said "yes honey you're pregnant" I'd expressed to her that I wasn't sure if I was excited so she didn't say congratulations which at the time was perfect because I didn't know if I was happy or not. She allowed me to cry as long as I wanted and because I'd told her about my religious views she asked if it would be ok for her to pray with me. I was shocked and happy that a complete stranger cared about me so much that they would offer up a prayer for me. I left for an hour and spent that time reflecting on all of the information Sara had given me and by the time I'd returned for my sonogram I'd decided that I would keep the baby because of Sara's encouraging words. This was the best experience I could ever had and if it weren't for the people here I probably wouldn't be enjoying my pregnancy right now.
