We started out looking at a different vehicle, but when we departed our home on Saturday... I admit I was not shopping for a Jeep... We decided we needed to see an alternative and went to Faricy Boys where we met Patrick Schul. Let me start up front my wife hates shopping for new vehicles and hates high pressure sales. Patrick was none of those. He was a dedicated Faricy Boy salesman who understood and let the product sell itself. We were able to test drive all by ourselves a '26 Jeep Rubicon X 4x4... Super sharp vehicle. The best part was we left and there was no hassle as we wanted to test drive another vehicle. We quickly returned to Faricy where my wife dropped me off. I went in and met Patrick and we did the off road track that sits on the dealership! Very cool to see what the vehicle is capable of! Cannot say enough about Patrick and the finance department. Painless and out the door in record time.

This time around I worked with Brandon. He was such a superstar from start to finish, even working with me on his birthday (happy belated birthday ). He was low pressure, friendly, honest, and it really felt like he had my best interest in mind during the purchasing process. He let me come back multiple times to look and drive the same car, and then helped me source a car from a different Faricy dealership and bring it to this location to sell to me. Top notch service. Brandon is an absolute superstar and if you're in the market for a new or used car, you should definitely stop by and give Brandon a shot to help you find your new car. If he's still selling when it's time to look for another car, I'm definitely going to check in with him first. Thank you Brandon for making the car buying experience painless and easy!

I spent over a month working with CarMax to have a vehicle transferred from Nevada. There were some…read moreminor back-and-forth issues during the process, but the real problem was the window tint. The vehicle had window tint that is legal in Nevada but illegal in Colorado. The rear windows are limo tint and the front windows were around 28%. I told the agent I was working with at least eight separate times that I could not purchase the vehicle with that tint. Not only is it illegal in Colorado, it also makes the car very difficult to drive at night. Each time, I made it clear that the tint would need to be removed before I could buy the car. To pick up the vehicle, I drove about 1.5 hours south while my mother drove about an hour north to meet me there. When I arrived, they attempted to sell me the vehicle with the illegal tint still on it, despite all the previous conversations where I had specifically asked that it be removed. What is most frustrating is that no one ever told me they would refuse to remove the tint. If they had simply told me that ahead of time, I would have saved three hours of driving and a completely wasted trip. Instead, I showed up only to find out the car was not something I could legally buy or safely drive. Chris at that location (I don't know his last name, and there are two of them) repeatedly assured me things would be handled, but in the end nothing was resolved. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. After this experience, I hope to never do business with CarMax again, especially this location. If you are considering buying a car from here, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully and consider other options. My experience with their customer service was extremely poor, and it felt like my concerns as a customer simply didn't matter.

We are happy with our two vehicles, but this reflects Toyota's quality, not Corwin's. As time has…read morepassed, we've found multiple misrepresentations were made by sales reps at the time of trade-in and purchase. 1. Sales promised the unused pre-paid service package from my trade-in would transfer to my new vehicle. The service department later denied this, claiming it was tied to the old VIN, and then I was told Corwin in general could do nothing about this as the pre-paid maintenance plans are managed at the national level. I have since learned a transfer maybe actually is possible (for a fee) depending on time of purchase. Still unclear what is accurate but it's a substantial amount of money lost either due to internal miscommunications or deliberate misrepresentations. 2. I negotiated a hitch specifically to maximize hauling capacity. This was a central topic of my conversations and negotiations with sales. Corwin installed the physical hitch but omitted the electrical wiring package. I discovered this when a trailer rental was refused due to a lack of lights. Corwin said I should have explicitly requested the wiring alongside the hitch installation. Sales absolutely knew this was my expectation at time of purchase. 3. Default factory features were represented as negotiated add-one and incentives: - Roof Rails: Sales presented these as a negotiated add-on to secure my trade-in. I later discovered they are standard for my trim. (The crossbars were a genuine add-on, but the rails were already there). - All-Weather Liners: Presented as an "upgraded" incentive when purchasing our first car. We learned during our second vehicle purchase however that new vehicles arrive at the dealership with these by default and they were never an upgrade in the first place. - Pulsing Brake Lights: Presented as a "safety" upgrading feature. These pulsing modules are illegal at the state and federal levels; installation would have rendered factory safety equipment noncompliant. TL;DR If you buy from Corwin, research the default factory specifications of your desired trim beforehand. Know more about the car than the sales team or you risk their omissions of information, exploitations of your reasonable assumptions, and/or their passing off standard default features as negotiated extras.

I almost got into an accident having to merge onto the highway at 75 because the vehicle would not speed up.
