Max are warranty does not honor contract. Will find a way around not paying for needed parts and warranty.

We drove from Denver to buy our car from them because they had the best price on the model we were looking at.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership…read more I purchased a Jeep from them and within a short time it started having serious mechanical problems immediately pulling off lot had issues. After having the vehicle inspected this last time, I was told it needs a new engine and turbo repairs that cost thousands of dollars and should never happen right after buying a vehicle. The dealership claimed their pre-sale inspection showed no major problems which was a lie. However, after the issues came up, their own shop ended up labeling the vehicle as needing major mechanical work. So somehow a vehicle that supposedly passed inspection was still sold, only to later be identified by their own people as needing catastrophic repairs. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the quality of their inspections and the vehicles they are willing to sell. A used car may have minor issues, but a blown engine and turbo is not normal wear and tear, that's a massive failure. This vehicle should never have been sold in that condition. Now In a short time it's become a paperweight of a vehicle I had just purchased. If you're considering buying from here, seriously think twice and get an independent mechanic to inspect anything before you sign. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The salesman, Adam Alldredge at Springs Automotive Group, even bragged that he'd "wait for my review so he could comment on it." When I told him I would be leaving one, he went further , saying he'd comment things about me that weren't even true. That's not just disrespect -- that's intimidation. He also texted me claiming, "I would generally be willing to beat any written offer you bring in from another dealer by at least $200." Another lie. When I presented valid offers from other dealers, he didn't even take a second look , just launched into a rehearsed spiel. This dealership operates on lies, arrogance, and intimidation. They wasted my time, insulted my intelligence, and tried to convince me to let them sell my car through consignment after the bait and switch. If you value honesty and basic decency, avoid this place at all costs.

I said of course and she rolled her eyes and said her computer needed to turn on. I said I just asked a question and she said well I don't know. I asked why she was being so hostile and she said she wasn't. The manager came up and said she didn't deserve the way I was treating her and my son had a seizure from the stress. They grabbed a rolling chair as the manager screamed at the employees about being late for work. I said I'm a lawyer and haven't ever seen such a fiasco. The manager said he doubts I'm a lawyer. I regret buying a car here and now will forgo the warranty so we don't have to ever be subjected to such unprofessional and unempathetic "people." The other locations are fine. Don't go to the Edison location for service.

I also really appreciated the tasty cookie they gave me when I picked up my car. From a purely customer-service standpoint, they do a great job. However, I have to give 2 stars because of their pricing and lack of transparency. I brought my vehicle in and received an estimate for a throttle body replacement. They quoted me $1,044.45 just for the part (labor was an additional $408.66). What really bothered me, in addition to the extreme markup, was the lack of information. The quote didn't specify the brand of the part being used, nor did it state whether it was brand new or a reconditioned unit. As you can see in the photos I've attached, I looked up the parts myself. I can easily purchase a brand new, OEM-quality throttle body for around $150. I understand that mechanics need to mark up parts to make a profit and cover their warranties, but a markup of this magnitude is excessive, especially without being completely transparent about what exactly the customer is paying for. Great customer service and a clean waiting room are wonderful, but they don't justify this level of markup on parts. I highly recommend doing your own research on part prices and getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

----Update 5/14/2026 10:00am…read more https://www.instagram.com/mitchelwild?igsh=MXVrMmdrenhvOHh0Mw== see my instagram for todays events...Store manager caught in lie 1) Falsified documentation during customer interview process 2) Unethically forced me into their insurance 3) Car had multiple problems including no headlight or turn signals showing Byrider did not do any inspection or checking of vehicle prior to sale. Details: 1) I called Byrider on May 6th to look into a vehicle. During the interview process i was asked how much i spend on food each month. Very easy for me to budget as all my finances are in an excel sheet. I told Byrider i spend 600-800/Mo. Their response was "Okay, We're going to put 300". They then asked about how much i spend on ciggarettes. Again, i told the truth and they said "Okay, im going to put down $30.". I was already recording, so i let this charade continue... Around 6pm we finished the interview process and they told me to head down. I took an Uber, saw a 2011 Camry they said just arrived that day, and we bagan the paperwork. 2) Upon getting disclaimers from the sales rep, he said i required Liability only to leave the lot. As he told me this with the paper in my hand i asked, "why does it say you need both collision and liability?". He looked at me surprised as if no customer ever read the documents before, then said "its just easier if we do it this way". Knowing something was off, i pulled up my proggressive app and began putting liability and collision on the vehicle. When prompted in the app for the lien holder, i asled the DReis for the lien holder. He said (and this is recorded) "just put own, not making payments". I then was forced to wath Ai disclaimers that took literally 30minutes because you are forced to let the ai women finish each paragraph despite me being deaf and capable of reading. During the disclaimers, 2000 dollars was taken from my account. Thia was PRIOR to me signing. This took my ability to uber home away and cancel the deal. In general i just wanted to get out so i could be up for work in the a.m. 3) Car had issues and Byrider puts the burden on the customer to get in writing. I sent them the following email and they have yet to respond other than telling me to call them. They refuse to put anything in writing, Hey folks, As discussed in previous emails and calls: The 2011 Toyota Camry Purchashed on May 6, 2026 has multiple issues and im looking for resolution. I require agreement and acknowledgement of each item below: 1) Front Left Light assembly inoperable. No Low beam No high beam and no turn signal 2) Oil at minimum / below lower limit. 3) Driver side switches do not operate passenger window or rear windows. 4) Dashlights are incredibly dim and hard to read speedometer. This may be a cargo light roller switch i simply havent found yet. So double check me on this one. 5) A/C needs charge or correction. inoperable. 6) Alignment needs to be looked at. Car pulls to the right. 7) Need assistance/info on getting correct liability and collosion. Not happy about requesting the lien holder name and being instructed by Byrider to choose "own, not making payments". This is proven by the recording of the entire process i have. 8) Kelly blue book for this car is way under price. This is a good opportunity for byrider to show good faith and reduce price. 9) I would like written instruction on how to pay extra on the principle of the loan bi-weekly. i will only be accepting responses and resolution plan in writing. No calls, and any calls will be recorded. I can make myself available Friday May 15th afternoon to drop the car off, if byrider can atleast commit to having the light assembly and oil level corrected by Sunday May 17th Regards, Mitch ---- Bringing the car down this a.m. (may 14th Thursday). Ill update this accordingly. Link to the youtube video of the entire process will be here once im done uploading. [] i will remove this review once Byrider makes this right. Mitch
