Super cool guy. As far as the dealership kinda bummed on their touch up job for paint even on a used vehicle, nice one too... I have done some myself and looks like they had done a sloppy job with no clearcoat... paint will come off then in few carwashes. Also they will try to push you paying for a GPS unit you never asked for $750. Trying to work a deal with them we'll see how it goes if the door is fixed may change my review. I only speak the truth.

I am writing this review to share my experience with a highly frustrating pattern of poor repair…read morequality, hidden checkout fees, and a total lack of communication at this dealership. I originally brought my 2018 Accord here for an official safety recall and ended up needing a fuel injector replacement. The service cost me a premium dealership price of $2,019.95 out-of-pocket. To make matters worse, at checkout, they tacked an unadvertised 2% credit card fee directly onto my mechanical bill without any prior verbal or written warning on my estimate. Right after this, my car ended up needing a cylinder head gasket replacement under a Honda corporate warranty extension. Because of a combination of the Labor Day holiday weekend and a technician calling out, my vehicle sat in the shop for an entire week. This unexpected delay pushed right up against my strict deadline for a cross-country move. Because they were running out of time, the final reassembly was heavily rushed, and the technician completely botched the liquid silicone (RTV) seal on the timing cover. Halfway through my move to Tennessee, my engine started knocking on the highway because the engine oil was completely empty from a severe leak caused by that rushed job. This put my family in a really stressful and dangerous situation on the interstate. When I finally got the car to an authorized Honda dealership in Tennessee, their master tech verified that the massive oil leak was a direct result of the rushed work done back in Colorado. To make things worse, the Tennessee dealership had to hold my car on their lot for over two weeks because the management team at Mike Maroone Honda actively dodged phone calls and messages trying to sort out who was going to pay for their mistake. While I am incredibly grateful that the Tennessee dealership advocated for me and was able to repair my car properly; the poor repair quality, surprise merchant fees, and complete lack of professional communication from this franchise caused an immense amount of financial and logistical strain right in the middle of a major move. Proceed with caution.

I said of course and she rolled her eyes and said her computer needed to turn on. I said I just asked a question and she said well I don't know. I asked why she was being so hostile and she said she wasn't. The manager came up and said she didn't deserve the way I was treating her and my son had a seizure from the stress. They grabbed a rolling chair as the manager screamed at the employees about being late for work. I said I'm a lawyer and haven't ever seen such a fiasco. The manager said he doubts I'm a lawyer. I regret buying a car here and now will forgo the warranty so we don't have to ever be subjected to such unprofessional and unempathetic "people." The other locations are fine. Don't go to the Edison location for service.

Right around after the 30 day mark, my car had a transmission line bust. Their own mechanics claimed it was an issue with an air diverter that was stuck open and eventually rubbed a hole in the hose. This was clearly an underlying issue with the truck prior to me purchasing it. I was never made aware of these issues, nor did the maintenance notes. I had my truck towed to the shop on FRIDAY, the 7TH. I have not heard anything back from Springs Automotive since Monday. It's been DAYS without communication on my trucks status. This is irresponsible, and unprofessional. The price to pay out of pocket (NOT COVERED BY EXTRA WARRANTY) was absurd. I am beyond frustrated with the service being given. Compensation should 100% be considered at this point.

I came into the dealership twice, and both times I was alarmed that my Subaru was decelerating and then lunging on the highway. Ryan Young, Service Advisor, was amazing, and Bernard Keuhn, Service Manager (whom I met with the second time), reassured me that Ryan had given me solid advice that saved me from an expensive official Subaru diagnosis. As it turns out, it was the shoes I was wearing! Who knew? I was a bit embarrassed , but grateful to have the problem solved. I just can't say enough good things about these two gentlemen at the Subaru dealership on Motor Way. -- They could not have been more pleasant. Remember the names Ryan Young and Bernhard Keuhn. They have your back!

What exactly does this mean? Swapped rotors? Seems like an evasive and unprofessional description . The issue persists and is now worse. We will be making another service appointment, which by the way seems to now be through a foreign call center or something because communication is very poor and not at all the level of service we have been accustomed to in all the years we have been customers of Heuberger. My suspicion is there is a bad CV joint or axle issue. By the symptoms we have described this should have been checked but evidently not. I'd advise others to be a little hesitant to buy a vehicle from Heuberger Subaru as their business model may not be what it once was.
