The finance manager & sales rep gave me an itemized invoice. They added 6k instead of subtracting 6k. Called out the sales rep, no response

I went to Autosource & regretted it afterward. I Went to purchase a 2017 Honda Fit and I let them know that I would be putting down $6000.00. The sales rep (Christian) went to the finance guy and came back with an itemized invoice. Even though they listed a down payment of 6000.00 on the invoice, they actually tried to ADD 6000.00 to my total instead of subtracting it from everything. They were trying to hide the additional 6k as "fees and taxes". When you do the math, it doesn't add up at all. I will attach a screen shot if possible. When I refused to sign the paperwork, the sales rep got the finance manager and they both tag teamed me in the office and wouldn't let me leave despite saying any quite a few times. I confronted the sales rep via text and called him out on it and he had nothing to say.

Buyer beware! Purchased vehicle 7/19. Bondo cracking six months later. I asked if they would stand behind their product and fix the flaw in their workmanship? Here is their answer "I reviewed your photos with my superiors, and unfortunately this is not something we could cover without a paint/dent warranty"

Carlos helped me find my dream car for the best price. I was recommended to AutoSource and will further the recommendation to others.

Don't go here. They sell you cars that aren't 100% aka breaks that are metal on metal and then make you foot the bill.

I got busy at work and absolutely should have left this A++++ review on my Subaru experience weeks…read moreago. I came into the dealership twice, and both times I was alarmed that my Subaru was decelerating and then lunging on the highway. Ryan Young, Service Advisor, was amazing, and Bernard Keuhn, Service Manager (whom I met with the second time), reassured me that Ryan had given me solid advice that saved me from an expensive official Subaru diagnosis. As it turns out, it was the shoes I was wearing! Who knew? I was a bit embarrassed , but grateful to have the problem solved. I just can't say enough good things about these two gentlemen at the Subaru dealership on Motor Way. -- They could not have been more pleasant. Remember the names Ryan Young and Bernhard Keuhn. They have your back!

Heuberger Subaru We…read morehave taken our 2017 forester in 2 times now for a vibration in the front end and the service team first turned the rotors and said it should be good, but the issue persisted. 2nd service appointment they gave a vague explanation that they had swapped the rotors and test drove it. What exactly does this mean? Swapped rotors? Seems like an evasive and unprofessional description . The issue persists and is now worse. We will be making another service appointment, which by the way seems to now be through a foreign call center or something because communication is very poor and not at all the level of service we have been accustomed to in all the years we have been customers of Heuberger. My suspicion is there is a bad CV joint or axle issue. By the symptoms we have described this should have been checked but evidently not. I'd advise others to be a little hesitant to buy a vehicle from Heuberger Subaru as their business model may not be what it once was.

I chose Tesla over Safelite because I expected higher quality and more careful work. After picking up the car, the cabin temperature and relative humidity sensor connector had not been plugged in. The air conditioning ran continuously on high even when the temperature was set to 81°F. I reported the problem the same day. Service scheduled me two weeks later and refused a loaner vehicle. I had to reschedule because of appointments. Another two weeks passed. By the third week the AC stopped working entirely. I endured Colorado summer heat with no air conditioning for roughly three weeks while waiting for the appointment. I eventually took the car to Tesla Service in Littleton. They confirmed that the Motor City Drive technicians left the cabin temperature and relative humidity sensor unplugged. Littleton diagnosed a failed supermanifold and charged me $3,100 to repair it. They attributed the failure to the supermanifold breaking three weeks after the glass work. I believe the continuous full-blast operation caused by the unplugged sensor contributed to or caused that failure. Tesla has refused to cover any of the cost as goodwill or warranty-related. Great software, but the service experience at Motor City Drive was the opposite of what I paid for. Leaving a critical sensor disconnected after glass work, denying a loaner, forcing multiple reschedules, and then sticking the customer with a $3,100 repair bill for the resulting damage is unacceptable.

Michael was a rockstar and all the staff were incredibly helpful. I live in New York and it was a little weird to fly to Colorado for an old Camry but they were patient and answered all my questions; sent me the carfax, even put it up on a lift so they could send me pictures of the underside. Then while traveling across the country they stayed in touch with me and were incredibly helpful and flexible while I made my way there. The level of service, and communication I got for an inexpensive used car was off the charts, especially considering they're unlikely to get repeat business from a transaction like this. I would 100% buy from them again and will in fact keep an eye on their site for future purchases. Even after I flew in they were patient and answered multiple queries without trying to pressure me once. I tried to complete a similar transaction with a different Colorado dealership and those folks were no where near as helpful, and told me I'd have to put down a non-refundable deposit. These folks treated me like I was buying a new car. I can't recommend them enough.

We came in ready to purchase a used BMW X5 already sitting on their lot, at their asking price. When we arrived and asked to work directly with Ryan given a rude phone experience beforehand, he was immediately combative, said "that's not how his dealership works," told us he had interviews to conduct that day, and turned us away rather than make any attempt to accommodate a ready buyer. His employee Christine then came out to the parking lot, cursed directly at us, and made an obscene gesture as we drove away -- in front of other customers, in the dealership's own lot. We followed up afterward and spoke directly with the General Manager, Jeremy, expecting this to be resolved at the top. It wasn't. Jeremy was just as dismissive as his staff and offered no apology whatsoever for how we were treated -- not for Ryan's conduct, not for Christine's behavior, none of it. Weeks later, the vehicle is still sitting unsold on their lot. We were a serious, ready buyer for that exact car, and this dealership chose to turn us away and let their staff behave this way instead. If leadership won't even acknowledge how customers are treated when it's brought directly to them, I don't see why anyone should expect a different experience shopping here.

Robert -- thank you for responding. A few corrections for anyone reading this…read more Fabian spoke with me and with my father in person after he wouldn't call me back. He committed to following up the following Thursday with more information. He did not. He has not initiated contact since. I also came to the dealership in person to speak with him, and nothing came of that either. I stopped chasing him because chasing produced nothing -- not because I stopped needing an answer. On your statement that the vehicle "remains safe and operational to drive on gas power": that is the part I most want to address, because it is the reassurance I keep being given and it does not hold up. Driving on gas under a software lockout is a containment state, not a repair. I am advised that a lithium-ion pack left uncharged for months sustains permanent degradation, and that continued deep discharge can eventually take out the high-voltage-to-12V conversion system and immobilize the car entirely. So "safe to drive" is not the same as "harmless to drive." Every gas mile I put on this car is doing damage to the system Volvo has not yet repaired. It also burns through what is left of my hybrid warranty. I am roughly 10,000 miles from the end of that coverage. The remaining cell modules are the same age and have the same wear as the one that already failed, and replacing a pack out of warranty runs into the thousands. If I drive it, I run out the clock on the coverage protecting the modules most likely to fail next. If I park it, I pay $715 a month for a car in my garage. Those are the two options I have been given, and neither of them is a repair. The part has been on backorder since April 22 -- 118 days. Still no ETA, no order tracking, and no loaner was offered. I accept that the backorder itself is Volvo's and outside your control. A missed callback is not. I would still welcome a real conversation. 303-641-0793.
