But by fully disassembling and reassembling the air handler, they got the equipment into the attic, and got it fully assembled. There was a hiccup in how a rafter was *potentially* damaged, and they went the extra mile to have an engineer verify it was up to code. We have had them do four repairs, two installations, and now we're hiring them to do our insulation. Can't say enough good about Don and his crew. Keep in mind, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC prior to this visit. The technician arrived and promptly started taking things apart only to tell me that the fan motor and dual-run capacitor were failing. Other than that, he essentially just hosed down the bottom of the AC unit, which honestly is something I could have done myself, and then put together an estimate for repairs that ended up costing over $2,700 before leaving. I was under the impression that an AC tune-up included basic cleaning and maintenance, including checking or cleaning the air filters and making sure the system was operating properly. Instead, the entire visit felt like it was focused on finding repairs to sell me rather than actually performing a tune-up. I ultimately declined the $2,700+ repair, and guess what? The AC is still working perfectly fine today. Based on my experience, it was very apparent that the technician was primarily focused on selling me a repair rather than providing the tune-up service I had requested. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company.

We received promising service as an introduction, between reaching out to me after the inquiry promptly and sending a technician the next morning - the tech was on time and friendly, seemingly knowledgeable so I gave them a star for this positive start. But when the tech had to call in the job after arriving to ask for a quote and they quoted us $1,200 to replace one hose Bibb outside - they said due to a soldering issue it would be a bigger repair and would have to get into the stucco wall. We said, thank you for your time but no way. Another company squeezed us in, they showed up also on time at first available opening and completed the job at about 1/4th cost compared to the quote we got from this company, no himming and hawing about any challenges to do the work, the other company replaced not only the leaky Bibb but also replaced a 2nd Bibb that had a small crack we didn't know about. The other company got all done in under an hour & no need to cut into the wall so it's hard to understand the pricing factored for our repair from this one.
