She listened to my self assessment and did her own series of assessments and range of motion measurements. She knew exactly what we needed to work on. She gave me very realistic exercises that allowed me to feel the results we were looking for. I do my exercises at home and feel like I am moving in the right direction towards my shoulder injury healing.
