    By far, the WORST DME vendor we have ever had the displeasure of working with. This place is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. They constantly redirect phone calls to other departments that just redirect you back to the original department. So it's a constant loop that eventually ends in being connected to a voicemail that is never checked. They are also the only vendor contracted with UHC AHCCCS plans. So many our patients don't have a choice but to endure the long wait times, unanswered phones calls, and cancelled orders. The intake reps you eventually speak with also illegally state at times that they are not accepting new patients - even though patients with UHC AHCCCS have no other alternative. Literally, not one. Keep in mind, if a vendor is contracted with a particular insurance company, they legally have to accept patients with that particular insurance. Now keep in mind, no amount of complaining online or over the phone will make any difference. What everyone needs to do is to go directly to your insurance to make the complaints. Get them involved because they will begin the investigations into why this company is not fulfilling their contractual obligations. But that's just the first step. Here are some other things that every patient, caregiver, or consumer can do. 1) Gather identifying company info such as National Provider ID (NPI) number and taxonomy. I'll make that part east for you. Here is all the identifying info for Preferred. Or you can call them at (602) 542-5763 5) File a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance by calling (602) 364-2499. Angela did a thorough full body exam and took all the time needed to explain everything she was doing. She explained all costs and let me make the decision to get done what was most needed and affordable for me. Angela was very professional and made me feel comfortable as well. I had 2 moles removed for further evaluation. I've had several removed in the past and her technique made the entire experience nearly painless. Angela reached out the very next day to make sure I was doing ok and to answer any questions I might have. Three days after that she called with the results from pathology. From beginning to end Angela has been amazing and professional and I recommend her and MSS to anyone.
