When they closed my file, they falsely blamed missed phone calls, arrogantly assuming potential clients can sit by the phone all day disregarding daily responsibilities.It is entirely unacceptable for a firm to demand extensive, highly sensitive personal details from a potential client just to play games, waste their time, and dismiss them. The biggest issue was that we were never informed about a scheduled ICE check-in appointment, which caused us to miss an important obligation. This created unnecessary stress and could have had serious consequences. When we called and specifically asked for someone from their office to join or assist us with the check-in, nobody ever returned our calls. Repeated attempts to get updates or speak with someone were unsuccessful. For an immigration attorney, timely communication and attention to critical deadlines are essential. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking in our experience.
