Exceptional Law Firm - 10 Stars if I Could!…read more If 10 stars were an option, Minevich Law Firm would earn every one. If you're reading this, take it as your sign to hire them. Gary Minevich, Faina (his paralegal), and the rest of the team did an outstanding job on my case, working tirelessly and collaboratively to secure maximum compensation. As a former client, I can assure you they go above and beyond to provide the best care, protect your rights, and prioritize your best interests. Unfortunately, I signed the agreement with this company in December 2022, based on friends'…read morerecommendations. At the time, they seemed to have fewer clients and were able to manage immigration issues better. I worked with Anton and never met Gary. I only had the chance to speak (email and 2 short calls) with him when I asked about the refund and contract cancellation. In 2022, Anton seemed very professional and helpful, but he ignored my concerns. When I finally saw my petition for the first time in July 2025, I discovered some very interesting things about my life and the reasons I am asking for asylum. After that, I requested a meeting, and Anton told me that 9 out of 10 of their clients get a Green Card. I trust him. However, there's a small nuance here. I know a couple of people who got their Green Cards through marriage. Yes, they count as well. ;) Communications with Anton were terrible and full of lies. He lied to me, saying that all the documents were submitted in start of January, when in fact, they were submitted in February. He ignored my texts and responded months later regarding the case issues. But when I asked about something new that seemed like an opportunity for him to make more money, he reacted very quickly. And yes, all the evidence was provided to Gary by email. I paid a lot for their services. In fact, I was given wrong information it the petition with Antons words: "we can fix it anytime"! I was ignored and had a horrible experience with those I was paying for services. And yes, I paid on time. Anton acted... when I wasn't sure. The plot twist came when they sent me information saying I should receive $500 as a refund. Does this mean that their work on the court or interview is only worth $500? I was also upset when I told Mr. Minevich that I had sent his offer to my legal team, and instead of responding that it would be easier for both sides to resolve the issue as a client-provider, he wished me to "take care" and decided to speak with my legal representatives. Well, I'm fine with that, but I would not recommend working with this company to anyone who truly cares about their money, nerves, and overall experience.

You never know you need a lawyer until you actually need one. My husband unfortunately was involved…read morein a pedestrian accident with an UBER in the late evening when he was struck. We didn't even know where to start and had so many questions. How would we contact the person who hit us and UBER? How would we be able to gather all the facts? Who would help with my husbands medical care? All these questions looming on top of the fact that he had a broken and displaced fracture of the femur and required  emergency surgery with a rod placement in the femur. We didn't really know where to start and it was such a difficult time considering the road to recovery as well and what the doctors said would be months and months of therapy. I knew we wouldn't be able to handle this on our own. And that is when the search began - friends, online and facebook groups even asking for the best of the best. We narrowed the search to a couple law firms and asked tons of questions after we heard the Franklin law firm from a couple people. We made the decision to use the Franklin law firm after meeting their team and really just feeling the most comfortable with them. They seemed to really know the ins and outs of an UBER case and told us detail how they would move forward, from the biggest details to the smallest And that is when we saw the work that they did - they asked us for before pictures of the accident, got to know us, asking questions about everyday life and really learning how the accident affected us. We felt we weren't just dollars and cents. They told us UBER and their lawyers, as they expected, were playing games and fighting really hard, and that is when they told us they would be filing a lawsuit. We had no hesitation and fully trusted them. We loved the fact that they were not scared to go head to head and try to get us some justice. And in the end, we did get the justice we so desperately needed with them securing a settlement that really took care of us. They are kind, warm and fearless attorneys - exactly the type of lawyers you need when going through a traumatic time. We cannot thank them enough for making the process as easy as they did.
