I was involved in a scooter vs. auto accident in May of 2017. I was on the scooter. I had an injury to my shoulder and was referred to Schwimer Weinstein LLP. I'm very happy that with the work they did for me! First of all, I've never been involved in an accident or an insurance claim. I really didn't know what to do or where to start, I just knew that my shoulder was injured and I was afraid because I didn't know if the damage was going to be permanent. Also, I don't have health insurance. Schwimer Weinstein quickly set me up with specialists to get an MRI and find out what's going on. The specialist referred me for physical therapy and Schwimer Weinstien found a facility 3 blocks from where I live and set everything up for me to begin my treatment. Zach Stecklein was handling my case and I spoke with him 90% of the time throughout the duration of my case. Zach is very responsive and whenever I would call/email and ask a thousand questions about my case he was patient and answered everything. Having someone to talk to and explain what was going on until I understood was such a relief because there are ups and downs throughout the process and sometimes I would get what seemed like bad news.
