First I will say he is responsive and on time. I had my windows tinted by another company that in…read moremy opinion, did a terrible job and the tint they used was definitely not what I asked for. After some back and forth with that company I decided to walk away and find someone who would listen and address my issue. I have had many windows tinted and was never told I'd have to wait WEEKS for it to clear up and that I couldn't go through the carwash until then. Baffling. As I was explaining my issue with the window tint that was just put on a few weeks prior he listened and was empathetic with my past of having to drive through smoke in a wild fire. The last thing I wanted to see was that illusion from my most favorite vehicle. He assured me he would use a better/different tint to eliminate that. He exceeded my expectations. From the second I looked through my window one time I could tell he was true to his word and he fixed my issue. THE SAME DAY and funny thing... I didn't have to wait weeks for it to be clear. Sure there is some moisture but that is to be expected. Thank you. I will for sure return and or recommend this place for some excellent tinting.
