From the moment I walked in, he was kind, approachable, and clearly passionate about what he does. Not only did he replace the battery quickly, but he also explained every step of the process as he worked--what he was doing, why it mattered, and even the specific battery type he uses and the reason behind it. That level of transparency is rare, especially in an industry where many places try to upsell you on things you don't need. Instead, Carson made sure I understood exactly what was happening, which gave me total confidence in his work. It's refreshing to see someone combine technical expertise with genuine customer care. You can tell he values honesty, craftsmanship, and people's time. I walked out not just with a working watch, but with the peace of mind that I had gone to the right place. If you want top-notch service from someone who really knows their craft and treats you like a valued customer, Carson is the one to see. Highly recommended!
