If you blink, you'll miss it! I came here one Saturday for tierod ends and an alignment. I can't say it cost any more than anywhere else, and everyone was SO nice! Before making additional recommendations (nothing outlandish or unnecessary), someone came out to explain what the service was for and how it would be beneficial. I wasn't pressured into anything and was advised that at the moment, anything "additional" wasn't urgent. I appreciated feeling included in the process and will go out of my way to at least get my oil changed here! read more

Long story short. Had an oil leak, after financing $1600 I thought they fixed it, yet my check engine light came on. Took it back to them, over and over now my check engine light and oil light are on. The worst experience. read more

Precision Tune Auto Care - Check engine light still on - Tires Near Me - Jonesboro, Georgia

As I was preparing to leave my house, my truck wouldn't start. I called 3 different dealerships (all who will remain nameless), and they all said at least 15 days before they could even look at my truck. I called Precision Auto and spoke with Maurice. He was very upfront (which I appreciate) and told me that it would be a couple of days before he was able to get to my truck. Once I said how I felt about communication, Miss Tasha took control and really assisted with keeping me in the loop. Although I was told what day they would do the diagnostic, it was completed the day after. However, I was extremely grateful that I was able to get my truck back same week. Negatives: I wish I was given options about what to buy versus be told what it was going to be. Also, my truck is still has some of the same issues from time to time, so I'm really upset about that read more

I should've never chose this place to repair my car. I paid $1900 just to have the same problem. No communication at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

This has been a nightmare honestly!!! I walked in on January 2,2025 after having a diagnostic test and the code read I needed a knock sensor no other codes were found. Remind you this was my second opinion just decided to go with precision tune because they were close to my home. Picked up my car after being told it was fixed only to drive it and still have the SAME issue. I was told that while replacing the knock sensor something wasn't tightened. So fast forward after taking it back to have it refixed I'm still having issues. The guy Justin recommended an oil change and a tune up due to the mile on my car. So as instructed i got an oil change and a tune up. I'm thinking the problem would be over instead it got worse. My check engine light came back on and now they are saying my second cylinder has low compression and I NEED a motor. At this point im lost. I no issues with my car outside the knock sensor before I allowed them to work on my car. Now 6000.00 later I'm still having issues and I must add a new issue. I had no leaks prior to this motor job now my car leaks all the coolant out and I have taken my car back 3 times since the motor job and have been told the leak is fixed. I've rented cars ( more money) so I can leave my car only for the problem to still exist! read more

God knows I wish I had read the reviews before I took my car here. Precision has had my car for five days and still do not know how to fix it. I had to reach out to the district manager Sean (a very nice gentleman so far) due to the manager Maurice being very combative and argumentative because I guess I am a female, and I know he would not try another man the way he tried me. All hollering and screaming. This location is very very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. Run and take your car someplace else, Maurice will be the downfall of this location. read more

Went in for a front end alignment and oil change. They weren't able to do my alignment because of a problem with a part on my car. When trying to figure out what part they were speaking of, they could not give me the exact name of the part that needed repair. They did try to give me recommendations on Jeep specialists to check out. But they also told me they could not tell if they made my alignment better or worse. After driving it I can say it is not the same, and it is not better. So yeah. They went forward with my oil change but... Lost my keys for about 20 minutes. Edit: y'all know that rollercoaster at six flags that is wooden and super dangerous to be in because it's all rickety and the ride is bumpy and not enjoyable? That's my Jeep now on the interstate now :) that's how my ride is :) in my daily driver :) read more

Maurice the manager and steve the technician , Were very prompt professional and got right to work on our vehicle I was really impressed considering I had been to for the shops this morning and none of them appear to want to work or even do anything to help I will definitely come back here again if you guys need car care I would suggest you come here and ask for Maurice , He was professional came out 15 minutes before they even open to get our information and to get us in the system and then make sure that we were OK before he left to check on the other store I was impressed all the way around I will come back read more

I used to like this place.. only been once though. They gave me an oil change (they didn't even rotate my tires or even ASK if I wanted to get them rotated along with the oil change) and notified me problems that another mechanic caused which I was really appreciative of. Shelby changed two of my spark plugs and my coil pack and did a great job. I got my parts from Orielly and was only charged labor which was great. Now I need my turbo changed and have already ordered my part and was prepared to go back to this place to get it changed. Meaning I would only need to pay for labor right ? Well I called and asked for a quote, the lady at the front desk (believe her name is Queen or something) she doesn't know how to do her job as far as pricing people for quotes when she's sitting dead in front of a computer so I had to wait a whole other day for a quote. When I was finally called back, she priced me for part and labor which I didn't need. I told them I already have my part and just need labor cost. She said they won't do labor without them providing the part basically which is complete bullshit because I've provided my own part before with no problem. The system is fucked up how they have it because I'll be DAMNED if I pay for somebody to BUY MY PART ANNNDD install it when I'm very capable of ordering the part myself. I hope they read this too because yall are pathetic for that ! I was going to be a loyal customer until this happened. I live in Stone Mountain and was willing to travel here for my car problems, NOT ANYMORE. FUCK YA !! Shelby was AMAZING by the way! read more

This is the worst place ever...Beware do not take your vehicle here took our car in for a timing chain replacement ( a 6 hour job) they had our car for 5 days 1460 was my bill. As soon as we left from picking up the car the car was not running properly we called them and the manager Maurice told us to bring it back at 10:00 a.m. the next morning and that he would meet us there he never bothered to show up so we stop by on Thursday and he was still was not there to look at the car and on Friday I took the car by there and they did not have time to look at the car 20 minutes later the car cut off going home. When I called and told them I was broke down they told me I needed to have it towed to them and how I got home was not their problem. After them having the car tow back to their shop they had to do the whole timing chain job over again and kept our car for another 7 days. When we got the car back the car is still not running properly and the motor in the car is not the same motor that we had in it when we dropped it off. The car still is not running properly. So never take your car to them read more

If I could give no stars I would. Came in for an oil change at 10:20 AM and it is going on 2 PM and they're just telling me that they're short staffed when I got here and they told me it will only be 30 minutes. Terrible communication and customer service. read more
