I went recently and my steering was fine before i went. waited 1 hour 30 minutes for an oil change then when i got back in my car after spending 70$ for an oil change. I noticed that my steering felt suspiciously easy like something changed i thought they might have helped me out somehow. Then a day went by when i got back from the gym my power steering went out. Luckily i was almost home so i had to just treck it out until then. Had to fix it on my own. Safe to say don't go hear cause if your a easy target then they will get you

Dropped my truck off due to low coolant w/ no visible leaks. I asked for the shop to check head…read moregasket due to the fact there was no visible coolant leak. I was told a couple days later that it was a leaking radiator. I again requested to Cecil that the head gasket be checked before I picked it up and was told it was ok. Picked up the truck and the next day it started running hot. I dropped it back off and now surprisingly they say it's a head gasket plus a warped head. Well they didn't take the heads off so unsure how they can tell it's warped w/o xray vision. Now they say I must have let it overheat. I know for a fact it has never overheated and never got over 230. Engine runs at 210 normal operating temp. I asked from the very beginning to do a compression check or a check for compression gases in the coolant because I didn't want to put a lot of money in a truck with 240,000 miles so they made up this problem to get some money out of me anyways.

This week a collogue of mine had a hole develop in the radiator of his skid steer loader, it was going to cost him over $300 for the part and several hundred more in labor. Being a handy guy with no real special tools the problem radiator was removed and dropped off for repair and a day later the loader was back on the farm. They are also an auto repair shop with several great recommendations from the local auto parts stores.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! In the fall of last year (2025) I…read morevisited Muncie Imports & Classics for help identifying the correct part number for my transfer case which went bad for my 435ix. I was told by the "newer" service manager that if i wasn't going to use them for the repair that he had no interest in helping me obtain the correct part number and was told to call a BMW dealer to obtain the number. After leaving frustrated with the lack of customer service and rude interaction with the new service manager, I returned a second time (after a new transfer case was installed) asking if Muncie Imports could re-program the case. I was told that Muncie Imports had no interest in programming the transfer case since they did not install the new unit in the car. I was also informed by this service manager, and I quote,"It is about the money!" and told me to take the car elsewhere and they did not want to provide any services to me. I then took the car to another company and had the transfer case programmed without issue. No questions asked! Just bring the car to us and we'll take care of you! I have had my previous BMW's serviced by this company for over 15 years prior to the new Service Manager without any issues and under the previous Service Manager and Manager (both now retired) and it was always a delight to do business with them and Muncie Imports was my first call if/when I needed any services required on my BMW's and Jaguar. Unless something changes with their "newer" employees and their approach to a positive customer service stance, Muncie Imports will never receive another dime of mine.

I told them about the problems that I was having with my vehicle and they initially seemed interested in helping me. I then took the car in and they said they were ready for me to return the following day. The only thing they had for me was a stack of papers with codes on them that they charged me $100 dollars for. They did a engine light test that can be done for free at any auto parts store. I asked if they would be able to tell me anything about fixing my car and the owner or manager refused to do so and told me that they weren't interested in working on my vehicle. Unless you are an old rich guy with an E-type. They don't want anything to do with you. Find another repair shop.
