I believe they do have a 24 hour call service. For whatever reason I wasn't able to get through but did leave a message explaining the issue and a callback number. They were able to call me back at 7:30am the next morning. We were able to schedule a tech visit for between 9am-noon. He was able to arrive shortly after 9. The tech was very friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to prolong the life of the AC unit. Would use Allied Air again. On Monday about 4 o'clock I called to check on the status. They told me there would be no one out because I was on the waitlist. Waitlist? Why didn't anyone tell me about a waitlist when I first scheduled the call. I asked where I was on the waitlist and was told I was number 10. They said I would be scheduled if someone canceled their appointment and it was unlikely that anyone would be out within the next week. I understand this business was sold since they originally installed my unit. They might want to revisit their customer service policy.
