Precision Printing has always gone above and beyond to help me with printing needs. At my most recent job, they are fast, very responsive, and always do great quality work. At another position I had, PJ helped me out of a terrible jam for a huge mailing. They got what I needed very quickly and saved the day! The owner was really great. I was out of town and needed a rushed order of business cards. He was able to facilitate my order and get me going that same day. Like the other reviewer , I would give this place 0 stars if I could . Way over priced and dishonest. Refused to quote me a price for my project , would only say it was by the hour and they could not estimate how many hours it would take . RED FLAG! Against my Better judgement I proceeded with the project. I have a time stamped deposit receipt showing what time I dropped it off and a time stamped voicemail when they called and said it was done . Needless to say how long they worked on my project does not match what they billed me . When I inquired about the discrepancy I was ignored . On top on dishonest billing practices the workmanship was shoddy at best, please don't waste your money with these people , they are rude , unprofessional, and dishonest. The word crook comes to mind , here's hoping that space is a new dollar general in the near future read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never been met with such a condescending imbecilic excuse for a customer service rep as the guy who works at the front desk. Barely acknowledged me when I walked into the store ( which looks runs down and closed) then proceeded to belittle me because I was unaware of his equipment restrictions. Always come here for school printing. Can be kind of expensive but the prints are always high quality and very fast.

My partner and I came to Precision Printing to print insurance information and were rudely refused service. Even though we only had one sheet of paper that needed to be printed, the shop owner refused to come the front of the store and help us. We arrived at 7:30 and were told we couldn't get our sheet of paper until noon. We will not be returning. read more
