I was even happier when they were able to get my window fixed and tinted the same day without me having to miss work! The service was superior and the prices were great. My car was detailed less than 12 months ago by them and the car was stored for 5 months of the year unused. There were not extensive stains in the car to justify the $175 let alone the suggested additional $30, that without the coupon, would have raised the price to well over $200. AND FOR A SEDAN NOT A 7-SEATER SUV! I wasted half an afternoon dealing with this unprofessional business, had to get multiple rides back and forth to pick up a car with WET MATS AND SEAT. UGH. Greed just caused them to lose a repeat customer ~ forever.

Upon arrival the front desk was welcoming and the Detailing staff Zach was very knowledgeable. The service took 3 hours, I was picked up and dropped off, but there is a clean and spacious waiting area that is child friendly. There wasn't a detailing staff to walk me around my car when it finished, so I headed home after checking out with the front desk. Unfortunately there were still some stubborn, sticky and bug debris on the front of my vehicle. I reached out via email to inquire if that was normal and Zach followed up to get the car back in. I really appreciate the business making sure the job was fully done, especially since this was my first time as a customer here. Thank you!

It is a good value for unlimited automatic car washes. They offer complementary self serve vacuums to clean the interior of your vehicle. They also offer complimentary hanging air fresheners and moist dash wipes. They offer clean reusable detailing towels, and I believe you pay a deposit to use them. We do enjoy the strong suction power of their vacuums. There are 2 vacuum heads to choose from. Either a long narrow one, or a wider flat vacuum head. There is one handicap accessible bay closest to the office, in which you will find the detailing towel exchange as well as the single stall restroom and sink to wash your hands. We highly recommend subscribing to their monthly unlimited car washes and vacuum services especially if you live anywhere near the area. We live about 80 minutes away, but are in the area at least once a week, and are subscribers of their membership plan.
