When I asked about the exterior I was told "that work item didn't get transferred to other paperwork", and I was handed my keys with oh sorry about that. I was disappointed after spending more than $300 that I wasn't offered better customer service especially when I was willing to pay 167 dollars for a wax service on top of what I already paid. I could have been offered to come back, a discount, how about a sincere apology for not doing what was promised? On another note the engine steam was not worth the money at all. Not sure who they have doing this work but total lacks attention to detail. Don't waste your money with this place!!!! If my vehicle were a dealer vehicle things would be much different. I've used VanCours for years, I won't be back. Apparently, they don't need my business. Find somewhere else to go. I also noticed all the 4-5 star ratings are from 2021 and older, they must have gone through some staff changes since then.

I started with the high-end wash plan, then decided it was too expensive and switched to a less expensive plan. Instead of simply changing my plan, Classy Chassis started charging me for both plans. Four times I have been told or expected to believe it would be corrected. And four times, the problem has continued. At this point, I am done. I am closing the card they keep charging because they will not stop taking money they are not supposed to be taking. Vehicle was delivered here by my insurance company for repairs after a minor collision. A month…read morelater they told me it was ready. The bumper they installed was not prepped at all before they painted it, it still had flashing from the injection molding process around the edges. The paint that was applied is wavy. The bumper is loose and there is a gap between the drivers side headlight and the bumper. The paint is already scuffed and worn through from the flexing under the headlight. They replaced the electric grill shutter but didn't know what they were doing so they contracted out the work to Airbag Services. Apparently Airbag Services doesn't know what they are doing either. We were told the vehicle was completed so we picked it up and pointed out the problems with the paint and loose bumper. The manager, Robert, couldn't be found so they sent out a service tech to go over our concerns. (By the way Robert was at lunch in his vehicle that was parked literally beside our vehicle. I even called his name and he looked up but wouldn't speak to us.) The service tech said that the bumper work was the "best they could do" and that Robert had already signed off on the repairs as being completed and satisfactory. We took pictures and videos of the problems and sent them into GEICO. In the mean time we picked up the vehicle and drove it home while waiting on GEICOs response. On the way home the Engine Auto Start/Stop function stopped working. Once home the Service Engine Soon Light came on and the vehicle will not start. The battery is not dead because all of the lights function and do not dim when the ignition switch is pressed. The car is being towed to a dealer tomorrow to figure out what they messed up in the electronics and then will going back into the shop again to get the bumper repaired. GEICO has been receptive and they are trying to remedy the situation. I just hope it doesn't have to go anywhere near Lakewood Auto Body ever again.

If you have ever bought a used car from a so-called dealership a.k.a. slimy sales people and you realize all of the corners that they have cut to make this car look amazing That's exactly what this company does. They advertise that they shampoo carpets that they will clean the rims that they will make your car look new (you can look at their list) maybe I needed to tell them line by line what I wanted but when I say FULL DETAIL IN AND OUT you'd think it meant make it "like new" as they said. But the reality is after driving my car for a couple of days I noticed that there were a lot of corners cut. Under my seats were not vacuumed my rims are absolutely dirty. When I brought the car to them don't give me wrong it was pretty dirty I had bought it from a friend and it needed some love and I was just wowed with the difference but at the $300 plus mark you would think that it would come with the shampooing and then they would vacuum under the seats and they would literally get in the cracks and crevices and polish/clean the rims. Sadly, this is not what happened, the guys that work there are very personable, very friendly, very welcoming but not very detail oriented. I am going to have my car re-detailed I don't want to go back to them a 3rd time. I called other detail shops and for that dollar point they say a full details automatically comes w shampooing carpets and cleaning headliners. Some even offer an ozone treatment. I did bring it back cause the outside was still super dirty and my windows were not cleaned. But I had not spent much time inside to even bring much to their attention. My suggestion: don't waste your money. I hate leaving terrible reviews but I feel I just tossed 300$+ at a carwash that wiped down the inside and washed the outside. ALSO, THEY MAKE YOU PAY FIRST.
