They came through in a pinch where Enterprise did not. They hooked us up with a fully gassed van within a matter of an hour and were very thankful for our business. The prices may be a bit higher, but you can't sacrifice service. They were all so nice. Fast-forward to returning the van. Well, we had a bit of an accident on the interior -- someone spilled roofing tar all over the place and it made a bloody mess. We knew we were going to have to take care of it, and of course, I made sure we were all on the same page. Matt, yet again was incredibly patient and kind. He mentioned he would shop around for replacement parts and try to keep the price on the lower end for us. So grateful for that as you don't typically get that from rental companies. I'd rent from these guys again for sure. Glad we could turn a negative into a positive for once.

After tearing my car apart, the owner said he could not continue or fix it unless I paid in full, leaving me with no real choice but to pay up front. I was then given multiple promised completion dates and was ignored every time. After months of delays and excuses, the work I paid for was either unfinished or not done correctly. My parts were scattered around his shop or in other people's cars of the same make/model. I am missing many parts to my car and had to buy random bolts to put it back together and even after giving him $2400 Initially he made me buy $60 of oil to put back in the car after it was "completed", total joke. I also asked for 2 NEW tires and for some reason he got 2 mismatched USED tires... when I was finally told the car was completed and was drivable I showed up to his shop and he clearly hadnt touched it in weeks and he said he has 1 or 2 hours left to complete it... i proceeded to sleep in my unfinished vehicle overnight and it took him 12 hours to get the car to a state where it could be put on a TRAILER to be hauled home. When I requested a refund for the work that was not completed, it was refused, forcing me to pursue legal action to try to get my money back. On top of that, I now have to pay another mechanic to repair the same issues I already paid this business to fix.
