I had a lovely Citizen watch with colorful sterling silver and inlaid shoulders. I never wore the watch since I wear my Apple watch every day. I couldn't find anyone to assist me with the makeover until I met Khanh. After some thoughtful consideration, we decided to use only one section of the disassembled watch. This was the most cost-effective way to go. Instead of creating a cuff bracelet, we went with a simple pendant. Khanh is aware that we all have different budgets and would never force you to commit to something you're not comfortable with. The pendant came out really nice! I'm thinking of using the other inlaid piece at some point ... perhaps my daughter would like a matching one to mine. Hopefully I can post some pics!

My beloved gold bangle was in need of polishing and regroving of the lines etched in. 3. I wanted a custom made Cross & bead gold bracelet that I had I my mind. Nobody makes them. Lastly I had a bag of gold rings to sell. I wanted to say that EVERY EMPLOYEE was beyond polite and professional. They listened to every one of my 'ask's' and immediately said yes. They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I went to pay and they didn't charge me. Now THAT's customer service!! We will be back. Thank you all for your assistance

I was a browsing customer in your store last Friday and I witnessed a customer service interaction…read moreby one of your employees that was appalling to me. A customer was asking for an explanation regarding a repair, I believe, and your employee could not have been more impatient and rude to her. The customer was calm and asking for additional information which the employee could not provide and I overheard the customer ask to speak to a manager, and your employee WENT OFF on her. I felt terrible for your customer as she was trying to be kind to your employee and maybe due to youth and inexperience your employee LOST IT. I left the store very upset witnessing this and I could see how upset the customer was as well. I will not be returning to a business who treats their customers with such disregard nor should an owner allow this type of behavior from any employee. (I am a small business owner and if any of my employees acted this way they would no longer be employed-it was that bad!!). Other customers could not help but overhear and see how inappropriate your employee was. I like to support local business, but not yours, unfortunately.

I asked what he could do just for all the silver bullion I mentioned above from all those different mints and he said his price which I was kinda shocked by. Since he didn't know anything about the paper currency or ancient coins he called over his boss who might've also been the owner he took a look but there was a lot to go through and the store was really busy so I felt bad and said don't worry about the ancient coins and paper currency what can you do for the silver bullion and his number is exactly what I expecting to get in return which was a pretty significant difference than than the first guys number. He clearly was much more knowledgeable about the silver bullion I had and the mints they came from.

I constantly felt like Bruce was rushing me to the point when I was talking and gave little to no empathy about the situation. He didn't care that these were pieces from my mother. Im a person who gives lots of grace and i can excuse that but the little to no sympathy was bizarre. He did explain that he wouldn't want the diamond center stone because it is not in style currently. Fine, I can respect that. But then every time I started to talk he'd cut me off and rushed me to my point. He was more blunt then i'm used to at typical jewelers. He came off as plain rude. Never once did he give condolences for my loss or let me explain the moral conundrum of selling a family heirloom. I just felt rushed and dismissed. While I was in selling, I felt like he was just itching to get me out so he could serve people who would make him the big bucks. He saw me as a young lady and wrote me off since I wouldn't be spending thousands in his store that day. It's a shame because his cold demeanor and interruptions to rush my sentences made it so I will never recommend this place.

My Tag Heuer Aqua racer watch never really worked well. It's Auto winding feature never worked from day one, when it was purchased at Jared's as an Anniversary gift to me 15 years ago. After speaking with a smooth talking receptionist at Jared's about what a fine timepiece it is and how they have to mail it to Switzerland to the factory to be diagnosed and repaired at a cost of $500 plus, I knew something had to give and began my Yelp search for a reputable watch repair shop. And so here we are. I found this awesome little watch shop just off of I25 on Arapahoe. As I walked into the lobby and was studying the Tenant listing, an older gentleman came in and after a brief discussion concurred that he and I were going to the same place and that he has been going here for years with excellent results. Long and short of it, James repaired my watch for a fraction of what the Fluffer-Jared people were offering and I will be gifting it to my son.
