I absolutely adored my ring and thought it looked beautiful. ...but it was way too big (not at all Tapper's fault, I thought I was a different size than I am). We took it back today to get resized and the woman was great with measuring my finger to get an accurate ring size. While there, she asked if we wanted the lifetime protection which we opted for. It includes damage, shipping, resizing, etc and because we bought it, our resizing was included. The store is beautiful, clean, and there are lots of goodies everywhere to enjoy while you shop. I also had to use the restroom while there and it smelled bizarrely good and was impeccably clean. Very conveniently located as well, right near eight mile in Novi. After talking to several jewelers, we decided it was best to take the main diamond and put it in a new setting. As much as I loved the new ring, it was sad that so many of the diamonds from our original band were going to waste. After all, Those were the diamonds we said our vows with. Also, around the same time, my neice Sinnegam Tristan tells us she's getting married in Vegas, so I'm was on the hunt for the perfect, but timely wedding gift. After several jewelers told us it couldn't be done, and several more said they could do it, but definitely not before we leave, 2 friends recommended Jacob Matthew Jewelers. I came in with a broken ring and a head full of ideas. 2 weeks later, I have a custom made eternity band to go with my ring and A custom made necklace that includes one of my diamonds for Trysten. Their customer service and willingness to help far exceeded all my expectations. I will never go anywhere else.
