She was so knowledgeable, warm, and reassuring throughout the whole treatment. My chest was especially important to me, and she even made extra time to fit it in, which meant a lot. I had chemotherapy 2 years ago and have been trying to grow my hair back since then. I finally decided - why wait years to have the hair I really want?? I went in for a free consultation and learned all about the different type of extensions and what would work best for my hair. I scheduled an appointment with Katherine for about 2 weeks later - she helped me pick out exactly the colors I would need to achieve the look I was going for. Pricing is discussed up front and there were no surprises at the end. I feel absolutely amazing, and because of the INSANE deals they offer to their extension clients on blowouts - I'll be back next week to have my fabulous hair styled. While I was getting my extensions done, I watched the owner do highlights on another client - I have never thought about getting extensions for highlights instead of bleaching/damaging your own hair - I can't believe more people don't do this. It has set in now and I am no longer waking up with headaches/tight jaw, so definitely works for TMJ girlies like myself. I also thought the pricing was super fair, very much in line with what I've paid before and the touchups being included the first two weeks is super generous (I didn't need any, but neat perk!). I will absolutely be back when I need my next dose! Highly recommend this med spa.

His staff in the room works for me as they were all professional, personable and knowledgeable while being open to getting information for me about the look I did not want. Sidebar: I brought in pictures. Anywhoo, the front desk was personable, helpful and professional including my greeting to my exit. Unfortunately, I parked in the wrong ramp so there was no comp. What can improve: 1) follow-up. I didn't hear from anyone after the insurance submission. I don't know if they appealed or have a business manager or office manager that reaches out to just say here's our cost, out of pocket, or if they feel folks wont come up with it. 2) I learned fromy insurance billing that Dr. S is out of my network but I was prepared to pay that BECAUSE I have seen his work and talked to ladies for candid feedback/testimonals. 3) Bill arrived but I didn't see a website to pay online which I would have much rather alas I called in Friday, March 21st and the person that answered was less than stellar compared to my physical visit. To wrap it up, I asked if I may have the receipt emailed and she called out another email address. She sounded incredulous as if I don't know my classic 1990s Yahoo email that I've had since freshmen year. Anywhoo, I'm not the Gmail girl. We have our school email for Life so I use it for business. My point: let's not be testy like I don't know my email. Anywhoo...I, in turn, made it easier for her in this moment: Rather than spell out the school email we'll just slap yahoo on there and be done. Tbh, her response bothered me more than the office lack of follow-up once the denial arrived. C'est la vié. Yes, I can recommend Dr. S for the work seen on others and his let's get it done attitude. The ladies in consult are physicians in training but I don't care for the iPhone being the item used to take personal pictures.

This is a follow up to my initial procedure that was done in June of 2022. My first FUE was 3,500…read moregrafts and it was a rousing success. I was very happy with the end result and it looked very natural. Most of my thinning was at the crown of my head and it helped there but after a few years it was clear that it was a little thinner than I wanted. Restore has a guarantee that offers 25% of your initial procedure if you dont see the density you expected (In this case about 875 of the 1,500 I had transplanted were "free"). FYI 3,500 grafts is the largest procedure they can do at one time so it was a two day event and I saw a fair amount of shock loss . I wore a baseball cap for about 3 months (thank goodness for Zoom) and my hair was pretty much back to normal within 5 months (thicker than ever). My second procedure was a breeze compared to the first. Dr Cloninger asked me what I wanted and we agreed to add a bit at the corners of my hairline in addition to filling in the front hairline and the crown with some added density. It was so much less invasive this time around and they didn't even shave my hair down as they did the first time. As I write this, it has been just over a month since the procedure was performed. I stopped wearing a baseball cap after about 3 weeks and you really cant see that I had anything done! I haven't experienced the shock loss I did the first time and the pain is so much less in my scalp. I know this could change over the next month or so .... I will follow up in a few months with an update. It was really pretty easy breezy this time around so my summary on the big question of SHOULD YOU DO IT is... First, you have to look at how old you are and where your hair is in its "thinning" journey. If you are 30, you will most likely experience more thinning unless you are completely bald. This means that although FUE will help, it wont stop the rest of your hair from falling out. This should be factored in to your expectations. I was in my 50s and my thinning had slowed considerably. You become so used to your appearance that you lose track of just how thin your hair was before you do it. I saw a pic just prior to the first procedure and compared it to one of me one year later and the difference is pretty amazing. Nobody has said anything...a few guys in the office have said "your hair looks great...what have you been doing"? It's natural looking and I am so glad that I chose to do it. Even if I didnt have the second procedure, I would have been 100% happy . I just wanted to have it PERFECT. I will follow up in a few months but if your only objection is "it's expensive", would you expect something that literally can change your whole outlook on life to be cheap? I know not everyone will see the same results but mine have been outstanding and I expect it to get even better. Kudos to the Restore team for delivering on their satisfaction guarantee because for the amount that I paid...it should be perfect. More to come....

Thereafter I moved out of state and unfortunately developed alopecia and have lost all my body hair. Instead of being a business with morals, they insist on charging me $3,500 because I can no longer have their procedure. They refer to the "contract" which they electronically applied my signature to. I offered to pay them $1,000 and refund me my balance, but that's not good enough. They are insisting on charging me the $3,500 for nothing. Now I will need to hire an attorney and file a civil suit to obtain a fair judgement. My advice is to never give this business a large deposit because they will try to keep the money without reason. Avoid this hassle with this business. Their business practices are unreasonable.
